For the 5 people reading this (hey its better than one) sorry for the slow update I have been going without WiFi and it's killing me!!! But here it is I made it a but shorter 'cause I actually have a life outside Wattpad(shocking isn't it!) Anyway this is just going to be a training day with Helena and Jane so don't expect much.

Helena woke up with a cramp in her back. She couldn't sleep comfortably and was tossing and turning all night. She sat up in the bed. It was kind of bright with all the mirrors reflecting the small amount of light everywhere. She turned to see her mom on a mattress on the floor. She had let Helena sleep on the first bed and she pulled out an old dusty one for herself.
Helena took the covers off and put on her shoes. As she was tying her laces she noticed the scar on her face. It bled through her bandages again so she got up and walked carefully and quietly to the chest. As she took the bandage off she looked in a mirror to see how bad it was. It was pink and had dried blood around the edges. It don't seem as bad as before though and appeared to have stopped bleeding so she didn't wrap it.
Helena heard her mom groan and yawn. She turned to see Jane rolling off the matress with the blanket.
Helena chuckled. "Good morning mom. Did you sleep well?"
"Mmmm....I forgot how bright it gets in the morning." She rubbed her eyes and squinted at Helena. "Did you take your bandages off?"
"Yeah, it stopped bleeding so it doesn't need one. Still feels weird though, really breezy."
"Hmmm, that healed quicker than I expected. Come here and let me see." Helena crawled over and sat in front of her.
"Hmmm....guess it was shallower than I thought." She patted her cheek. "You should be fine." She got up and stretched making some of her joints crack.
Helena got up too and put her arm on Jane's shoulder. "So what now?"
Jane walked over to the chest and pulled out a gun. "More training."
**2 hours later**
"Again!"
Helena took aim at the board. She took a breath and threw the knife as hard as she could. It stuck in the board but at a weird angle. "Come on, stay in there..." The knife fell on the grass with a thump next a couple of other knives. Helena groaned and sat down on the grass. She had been trying to throw a knife straight for the 2 hours.
"I. Give. Up!" She lay back on the grass which felt cool against her hot skin. "I told you I'm better at guns."
Jane walks over and kneeled over her. "Nonsense, it took me awhile to get the hang of it but you'll manage. Now get up."
Helena groaned and got up with Jane's help. She took the knife again and took a deep breath. "I can do this." She threw the knife with all she had and it spun through the air. It landed on the board, but this time it stuck perfectly. Helena jumped and laughed.
"Whoohoo I finally threw it right! Yes, yes, yeeess!!! I'm done with knives! C'mon, let's move on to guns!" Jane laughed too and patted Helena on the head.
"That was a nice throw sweetie. I guess we can move on to guns now." She smiled and led helena to the trunk they brought outside.
She got a hand pistol out and put more bullets in it. She handed it to Helena. "Even though you've held one before you have to be careful when carrying one. And, you have to know the burden of keeping one. A knife is used in everyday life in the kitchen but a gun is used for killing and for some it's a burden. So, are you ready?"
Helena tightly grasped the gun and looked at Jane. "I'm ready."
Jane set up 3 cans on a table. Helena aimed at the first can. She fired and hit the side barely moving it. She aimed at the middle one and fired, knocking it off the table. She fired at the third and hit it straight in the middle leaving a dent in it. She turned towards Jane who had a surprised look on her face. Jane slowly looked up and gave Helena a huge grin.
"I guess guns really are your thing huh?" She chuckled and went to go pick up the cans.
As Helena turned around to put the gun away she heard a scream behind her. She quickly turned around to see a giant Soul pinning down. Jane was bleeding from both of her arms and starting to black out.
"Mom...." the beast turned towards Helena. Its face was covered with a red mask like all the others but this one was different. Its form wasn't like any animals; it was in the shape if a human's face.

*dramatic music* dun, dun, duuuun!!! Yay a finished chapter! Be grateful I got around to making this! I had to leave it like a cliffhanger or else I wouldn't have readers. See, you have to think about those kind of things. And does that last part make sense? I don't know. Alright comment, vote, and hopefully follow. Don't give up on me just yet.
