A trip to the Bahamas

Chapter 2 "Shopping haul"

Marinette's pov

We arrive at the mall and we start getting our items.

 "Okay alya it says we need a swimsuit, pajamas, clothes, towels, and a travelling bag." I read the list. 

"Well i got all that except I need new pajamas so let's head over to this I guess.." I say

 "WAIT!" alya grabs the list from me and adds ,beach ball, snacks, and matching travel bags.

 "Why would we need snacks? And aren't we going to the Bahamas so we can relax and live our teenage life?" I cross my arms.

 "Uhhh I'm definitely living my teenage life playing mermaids at the Bahamas" alya looks at me."Yeah you're right..." I laugh and we start shopping.

"How about this polka dotted ladybug pj?" I ask as I hold up a pair of ladybug shorts and a ladybug hoodie. 

"Girl you're either obsessed with ladybug stuff or black cat stuff, what is it with these things?" Alya puts her hands on her hips

 "I'll take that as a 'yeah marinette they look awesome!'" I say. 

"Whatever.." she says as I check out the PJ. 

 "For the matching travel bags we need nino and adrien to have them aswell so where are they?" I ask.

 "Nino said he would be in the travel bag area in Walmart so let's go see" alya says. 

"PURR-FECT!" I say. 

"Did you just make a cat pun?" Alya looks at me. 

"Uhhhhh"

"There you guys are!" Nino grabs alya to a hug. 

"Uhhh hello?" I point at myself wanting a hug.

 "You go hug adrien I'm with ma gf u-u" nino saysI giggle and go give adrien a squeeze. 

"Okay how about we all get the same bag?" Nino says 

 "Nino that's so plain.." adrien says. 

"Uh excuse me?" Nino puts his hands on his hips. 

"He's the son of  the most famous fashion designer Gabriel Agreste what do you expect?" I say.

 "Besides that is plain.."

 "Uhh okay you pick!" Nino scoffs.

 "How about we have it as those cute little animal themed bags, THERE!" I point at travel bags that have little animal designs on them.

 "Perfect!" Alya says.

 They all head over and pick a bag.

 "This one should match my pajamas" I say as i pick one with ladybugs on it. 

"I'll take this one, it matches my pajamas too" adrien says as he picks out a black cat designed bag. 

We look at eachothers.

 "Twinnzzzz!" We hop around.

 "I'll take a fox" alya says. 

"And I'll take a turtle." Nino says. 

 " Okay we all done here?" I ask.

 "Well me and adrien wanted to get some snacks to stash in our dorm rooms if ya don't mind" nino says.

 "WE THOUGHT THE EXACT SAME THING!" alya says.

 "Great minds think alike u°u" adrien flips his hair. 

"Well let's go sunshine boy" I grab his arm and we head towards the snack aisle.

"D-did you just call me sunshine boy?" He blushes. 

 "Yeah and?" I say. 

His eyes widen making a surprised face. 

"That was pretty cute of you marinette"he smirks.

 I feel my cheeks blush. 

"Uhhhhh TAKE THIS!" I shove a pack of marshmallows in his face.

 "What was that for?" He gets it off his face. 

I blush a little. 

"Ohhhh did I make you blush ;)" he looks at me.

 "You suck.." I say.

 "I guess I am too charming for anyone not to blush at."he starts posing. 

"Here we go again.."

"Okay guys got your snacks?"

 Alya asks us as we head out if the mall.

 "Yup" I hold out the bags. 

"Okay well that's all!" Alya says. 

"Next stop, THE BAHAMAS!" alya jumps up. 

 "WOOHOO!" me and adrien jump.

"Can we play the radio?" I ask as we're in adriens car heading home 

 "Uh uh no way I'm listening to my advertisment turn into a rap again" adrien shakes the thought of his head.

 "How about a different song?" I ask. 

"What kind of different song?" He looks at me.

" I STAY UP TOO LATE!" I start singing. Adrien gasps.

 "DUN DUN DUN DU DU DUNN!" he vocalizes.

 "GOT NUTHIN IN MA BRAIN!" I sing. 

"BA FOO BA BADOO BA" he vocalizes again.

 "THATS WHAT PEOPLE SAYY EH AYYY!"

 "mhhhhnmm"

 "THATS WHAT PEOPLE SAYY EH AYYY"

 "mhhhnmm". 

 "THATS IT IM GETTING OUT OF THIS CAR!" nino shouts Gorilla parks in the middle of the street as alya and nino head out.

 Alya jumps onto ninos back and they walk it home. 

"SEE YA AT THE BAHAMAS SISTARR!" I wave goodbye as the car drives away. 

"BYE BESTIEE!!" Alya screams. 

 "Anyways.." I look at adrien. 

He turns up the volume..

 "'CAUSE THE PLAYERS GONNA  PLAY,PLAY,PLAY,PLAY,PLAY,PLAY"

"AND THE HATERS GONNA HATE, HATE,HATE,HATE,HATE,HATE"
