A couple of minutes later the armour was sorted, Jack looked pretty cute, he suited it. Bellybuster told me to settle Globlet into the basement, so thats what I done, I picked up globlet and she climbed onto my shoulder.
"It's not that I want to but why am I not fighting?" she said.
I walk down the stairs and kneel down, letting her onto the dusty, cold ground and say "your too tiny, you'd probably just get stepped on." and let out a small giggle.
She seemed to understand, she gave me a little hug. Then she asked me "Can I have some snacks to eat while I wait?"
So I went to go get her some chips, but Jack interrupts me
"Hey darling!" he says.
"oh, hi Jack!" I say back.
"I just wanted to give you a hug and a kiss before the battle, y'know, in case." he said, with open arms.
"Jack, you don't need to worry, we're gonna be fine, but I'll still take it" I reply, giving him a big hug and a kiss.
I continue walking to go get Globlet a packet of chips. As soon as I gave her them, Quint bursts through the doors, panting.
"They're here! The monsters!"
