I'm trapped inside of myself and I'm dead~ BTS Save Me

The lesson was about half or three quarters way through without any problem because everyone stuck to themselves or their close friends. It was only a small while later when a friction aroused because the teacher hated the divide and wanted people to work together. She told us to get into groups of 2 and then there will be 1 left. I went to go with Juyeon because he seemed like no one else was there to partner with him and I wanted to be nice < he's also gorgeous. The groups were pretty similar, everyone going with their desired people, mainly staying in their friendship groups. Momo however went with Minnie and Mira was left alone. Which, I was fine with because if you're friends with Sixeng, all I remember is that you deserve to be alone.

Then the teacher put us all into groups and with my luck, she put me and Juyeon with San, Wooyoung, Ten and Yangyang. I looked over to see who the girls were with and they were all in quite good groups. Our group sat in a circle and I said, "Does everyone know each other? Erm..." I ran out of conversation then. Juyeon smiled at me and shook his head indicating that he didn't know everyone and to be honest. He was lucky. "I'm Emma, that's San, Wooyoung, Yangyang and Ten." I pointed to each in turn, the only one who gave a reaction to what I'd said was San who grinned and nodded. He was nice at least.

The teacher who's name was already long forgotten told us to get to know each other, come up with a team name and warm up together in our teams. Ten turned to the rest of us and said, "Just so you know, I do what I want." Yangyang stood by him but the two couldn't have been more different. He looked nice, like he was trying to be fierce, trying to be someone he wasn't. Ten however was cold, like he was fierce and didn't bother trying to hide it. Wooyoung looked like a loud, crazy person and I got the feeling I would be hearing his voice more often than I wanted to. San, from what my friends told me that I knew about him, had a mashed past love life but he was a nice, energetic person. That was all I needed. Juyeon however was a mystery, he was unknown and I didn't know whether that was a good thing.

"How about Pamilya?" San asked. I frowned confused. He'd said something random and we hadn't even stood up. Juyeon seemed to understand what he was talking about though because he said, "For our team name." We all stood up and seemed to come to an unspoken agreement that this was the only idea so it was the official name. Ten dragged Yangyang over a few feet away from us to warm up so with a feeling of resentment, me and the rest stretched and cracked a few bones in our spot. I had a feeling we were in the same team but also different teams. It was weird but I wasn't complaining.

"Watch out!" a voice shouted. Next thing I know I was hit in the head with something and I sighed, 'not again', I thought. I rubbed my head where it hit and looked over to the direction it had came from. "Let me take you to the nurse please," a voice from behind me said.

After arguing that I was fine, I was sat next to Yangyang in the nurse's room, both in awkward silence. I suddenly said, "The first person convicted of speeding was going eight mph." Yangyang looked at me like I was crazy and I was just about to apologise before he started laughing, it was a quiet, small laugh but I'd achieved the impossible. One member of WayV was civil with me. He stopped and looked at me weirdly, "Where did you get that from?" I didn't even know and it would be odd to say I memorise random facts to diffuse awkward tension so I just shrugged. He leant in closer and on instinct I leant backwards. He rolled his eyes and put his hand on my head looking at the place he hit it.

I slapped his hand away and covered the place with my hair, "I'm fine honestly. I'm more worried about what it is you hit me with. That was quite a hard hit." He bit his lip obviously deciding on the truth or not and then looked down at his feet which I now just realised he wasn't wearing his shoes. I gaped for a few seconds and when he saw my expression he nodded in apology, "Yeah, I guess my shoe went flying across the room."

"Wait. How on Earth does a shoe just fly across the room?!"

"About that, Ten kinda said stretching is easier without shoes and as I took it off I wobbled and then I have no idea how it flew but.. it did." As I tried to register that fact and as I held up the nurse's solution to everything, a wet paper towel, I also registered the fact that me and someone Twice would never want me talking to, one on one, were civil. Yangyang probably though the same thing too because he stood up and apologised once more and then with one last look he walked out of the room.

                                                                                            ***

Back at the Twice base/house I was on the sat sofa with my legs up and Dahyun was laughing at me and also being concerned at the same time. "A shoe? The shoe got up and sprouted wings did it?" Chaeyoung who was walking through the room holding a Ruger EC9 and in the process of refilling it. Nayeon who was writing something down on a document looked up with a raised eyebrow, "You've used all the bullets already Chae? I've told you to save them so we don't have to buy more. It's a waste of money when we get them supplied for free once a month. Anyway Wang, are you sure you don't have a concussion?"

I got up and refrained from rolling my eyes at the now normal nickname and said yes for what felt like the eightieth time today. Jihyo finished the paper with a signature and said, "Good because you've had enough injuries for a lifetime."
