Amanda's POV

"With my little eyes I see something brown." Noel said.

"Noel. Not now." Liz said frustrated.

"My phone discharged." I said.

"Mine too." She said and sat next to me. I put my arm around my shoulder and she tilted her head over my shoulder.

"How long will we be here? I need to use the toilet." Noel said grimly.

"There it is." I said and pointed next to me.

"First, it looks disgusting. Second, you are here."

"Not like we're curious about you." Liz said.

"I know but thanks no." He groaned. A few minutes later, we heard someone approaching us. we looked at each other strangely. It was Harry who stopped in front of our cell and opened it.

"Princess. Liz. Noel. I'm sorry we put you in an awkward position." He said.

"What happened?" I asked.

"A video of the accident was posted on the internet."

"He did it!" Liz exclaimed.

When we got up, Jason entered the front door. I hugged him.

"Thank you." I whispered.

"It was nothing but I let you go before someone kill me." He smiled.

"Good decision." I heard Liz's voice.

"I felt so useless. We both had their phones discharged." I said.

"No problem. I solved it." He nodded.

"What will happen to her?" I asked.

"She probably can't rule for a good while. I don't think she's going to jail because it wasn't direct." I nodded.

The day for another trial has arrived. Now Liz, Noel and Kimberly have also been involved to support Alex. He was released and my mother cannot rule the throne for about seven years.

I walked there one last time before she was taken away.

"Mom. I'm..."

"Don't dare to say sorry or other stupid thing. You stood against me." She said angrily.

"She did what she had to." Jason appeared next to me. She looked at him angrily and then back at me.

"You aren't fit to rule the throne. You're a bastard! Besides, they won't trust you. Look at yourself. Who would trust a princess who is gay." I looked away. I almost started to cry so I took a deep breath.

"You are very wrong! She can." Jason said.

"Yeah? How you know that?" My mother asked.

"Because we're here for her." Liz said. I turned to her.

"We are her family." Noel said.

"We will protect her at all costs." Jason said.

"And me too." Alex said.

"Only you missed me." She rolled her eyes.

"Take her away now." Alex said.

"Just so you know. I didn't want her, and I was just having fun with you." That was my mother's last sentence. Nothing I didn't want it, or I will miss you. I know I did it. Maybe she know, I did it. I closed my eyes.

"Amanda!" Someone stroked my face. I licked my dry lips that were wet with my tears. Someone hugged me and others too. I opened my eyes. They looked at me sadly. I knew nothing at that moment except that air was needed. I turned and walked out, where I sat on a bench. Strangely no one came after me to ask what was wrong with me. They respected that I need that now even if they might have had a lot of questions. The roar of car cars was heard, mixed with the voices of people. The sun shone in dim light. The weather wasn't exactly the most appropriate, but it was in keeping with what happened today. I looked at the bald trees and couldn't believe it was winter here slowly. Yet I felt alive despite the bad weather.
