Continuing the training

Alex and sarah were in the portal and Alex said "Back home we go, just gotta tell the others to open up." Sarah then asked "I've always wondered since you first emerged from the portal, how were you able to contact us. you know to open the portal up?" Alex looked around and said "it's a little complicated but in its simplest form it's how project end energy works. Despite there being no portal the energy is able to penetrate the barrier between worlds which allows for communication if project end energy is a power source for the device. Make sense?" Sarah nodded "I get it, I think."

Mei and Seele opened the portal and the two popped out. They then heard theresa say "You complete your mission?" Alex nodded "Yeah, had a bit of... trouble but we did it fine. What do you think sarah?" Sarah nodded "Yeah, It went well. I did screw up but we did recover." Alex then said "I was an unseen problem, you didn't mess up at all. It was an attack that could not be foreseen."

Sarah was by herself training against the captain who she wanted to fight so badly. she gave him a lot of punches that knocked the simulation back a fair bit. Her temper was getting worse every second of this fight to the point where every time she'd punch him she'd swear at him. and Although it was just a expressionless simulation, she could feel him smiling at her, mocking her for the events that transpired a few weeks ago.

Alex was writing his report when he heard a knock and called out "It's unlocked." The door opened and Alex saw rita and said "Oh Rita, why are you here?" Rita gave a smile and said "Just checking on you for the others. But I did want to ask you something." Alex then said "Oh, what's up?" Rita then said "it's regarding the other, me." Alex nodded with his arm resting on the back of the chair "go on?" Rita then asked "how did you meet her, and why is she here?" Alex then said "You don't know, do you. The destruction of the rift the invasion of the hyperion?" Rita nodded "Yes, I heard of them but what does it mean?" Alex then said "It just made my job a bit harder especially with that captain now in possession of Zach. But that's a topic that should be told by the others." rita then smiled "well then would you like to join us for a bit?" Alex looked back to his report and said "I'd love to, but work takes priority. Hopefully next time." Rita gave a nod before leaving, as she shut the door Alex Sighed and got back to work.

Zach was having another nightmare. This one of just him walking down a long hall. People were dead and their bodies were strewn everywhere. However at the end he saw the worst of it, the people he cared about, Kiana, Mei, Bronya, Seele, Theresa, Himeko, Fu Hua, Rita and Durandral. Their bodies were piled up and as Zach turned around and was hit by something before he awoke back on the top of the castle.

"You ok Zach?" Said the captain. Zach had nodded and said "just one of my many nightmares, don't worry about it." The captain nodded and said "Well if you need to talk about it I'm here most of the time." Zach nodded "I get it, thanks"

Night came and Sarah slowly walked to her room. She was exhausted from training all by herself and now she just wanted to sleep. After yawning she got changed and got into bed, she thought about her future, Training, assignment's and her relationship with Zach.

Theresa was on the bridge leaning on the rails barely staying awake when FU Hua said "err, principle theresa, are you feeling alright?" As she placed her hand on theresa's shoulder. Theresa turned and said "I've had no sleep in the last 48 hours." Fu Hua then said "then go to bed, I've got it here?" Theresa blinked a couple of times before saying "are you sure." Fu Hua nodded "I'm positive, now go to bed, I'll see you on here in the morning."

Alex had finished the report and looked at the time, it was almost 9pm. He thought for a bit before deciding to go train a bit. Walking down the hall was strange, he never really did anything at night but the hyperion was still quite lit up, upon entering the training room he headed straight for the console and showed the captain.
