"Okay I got the cake, the presents, the delivery plans, and the cars set up to go. Am I forgetting anything ?" Today's the day. My baby's finally 17.

"What about the condoms Ash?! You're forgetting the protection!" Why was this woman so determined on me and Karsen having sex?

"Ollip be serious. I need this to be the best birthday she's had and she'll be waking up any minute now," I rushed out.

"Is somebody nervous?" she laughed, " Ash trust me, this with out a doubt will be the best birthday for her. You know why?"

"Why?"

"Because she's going to spend it with you. The person she loves. So you have nothing to worry about, alright?"

"Alright. I'm good now. Thanks Ollip. Don't know what I'd do without you," I chuckled.

"No prob. Sorry I couldn't make. A funeral is a funeral, yah know. But you guys are going to have a great time, alright."

"Alright, bye." I went to the car to make sure all the bags were in the trunk and then headed back to our room. It was 5:30 am and we needed to get on the highway for 6:15.

"Babbyyy ," I laid on top of her and kissed her lips until  her eyes fluttered open, "Happy birthday babe."

I pulled her first present from behind my back, " oh Ash, you shouldn't have."

"I wouldn't be a good boyfriend if I didn't, now shut up and open it," I kissed her cheek. She looked at me and I gave her a reassuring look.

"Oh my God, Ash. It's beautiful !" She slipped the ring on her finger. It was a diamond incrusted silver band and there was a heart in the inside to where when she took it off, the heart will still be there.

"It's a promise ring. I promise to do the best I can in loving you," a tear dropped down her cheek, "what's wrong baby?" I asked as I wrapped her in a hug on my lap.

"I just love you so much, Ash."

"I love you more than anything Karsen. Now don't cry, this is your day and you have to be happy, okay?" she nodded her head , while I kissed her cheek. She just stared at her ring in amazement.

"That's just your first present, babe," I smirked.

"There's more ?" Her eyes opened wide.

"Hell yeah. My girlfriend isn't about to just get one gift on her birthday. Bae, you trippen," I laughed, "now get your sexy ass up so we can leave."

"Where are we going? How do I need to dress?"

"I set your clothes out , and I packed all your bags already. So hurry."

"Packed my stuff? Ash I have school Monday and today is Saturday. How long do you plan on being gone?"

"A week, but I already have doctor excuses for all the days missed and Ollip will get you caught up on stuff when we get back," I began undressing her so she could get ready.

"A week? Ash that's five days missed, I can't do that," she looked worried so I stared deeply into her sleepy green eyes.

"Karsen, I want this birthday to be the best birthday you've had. I want to show you how much I love you for five days straight. Just me and you. So baby please, just please just do what I say and cooperate with me. Okay?"

"Alright," I kissed her lips.

"We're so off schedule," I sighed.

"I don't care," Karsen pulled me back to her and sucked my  bottom lips into her mouth.
