Silk persian blue sheets were draped over the swells of her breast and over her hip as she lay on her side. Her golden hair spread beneath her, in which I ran my fingers through. Karsen looked to be a goddess.
I had taken us back to the house after I knew Karsen was sound asleep. The sun shining from the window seemed to aluminate her tanned skin. A result from being in the sun for most of yesterday. I couldn't stop the kiss I delivered to her lips. "So soft," I muttered as her eyelashes began to flutter.
"Ash," she moaned, opening her eyes sleepily.
"Good morning beautiful," I traced my index finger on her hip. She shivered under my touch. " I love the effect I have on your body." I kissed her cheek, " how are you feeling?" She stretched like a cat.
"Achy," I bet. Karsen took last night like a pro. She didn't even seem that nervous.
"That's normal, " I pulled her body close.
"Ash, we had sex last night," she was regretting it. I knew this was going to happen.
"Yes. We had sex lastnight Karsen."
"I lost my virginity to you," I wiped all emotion from my face.
"You regret it now," I went rigid.
"God no, " she hugged me tighter like I was disappearing, " Ash I don't regret it. I don't think I've ever been so proud of a decision I've made." She kissed my chest. " I love you Ash."
I ran my fingers through her hair," I love you too Karsen." We laid there in each others arms for a long while. "One, two, three, four, five," I counted each of the love bites I left on her skin from the night before.
"Ash, I'm hungry," she giggled.
"Okay, lets go get food then," I slipped into house slippers as I got off the bed.
I turned back to find Karsen wincing as she tried to walk from the bed. I rushed to her side. "Baby, what's wrong," she shooed me away.
"I'm just really sore down there," she tried to stand up but immediately sat back down. I couldn't help the pride filled smirk that came across my face, " what are you smirking for ?"
"I told you when we were younger that you wouldn't be able to walk after I was done with you," she looked at me in annoyance.
"Seriously Ash."
"I'm sorry baby, I had to say it," I laughed as she pushed me away from her body. "Look I'll just carry you."

"Waffles, fruit, and tea?" I looked at her with wondering eyes.
"Sounds good even though its past lunch time," she placed a sweet kiss on my lips. I began to rummage through the cabinets and shelves for all that I needed. "Ash?"
"Yes, love ?" my back was turned to her.
"What happened to her mother ?" It felt like ice shot through my body.
"What?" I still didn't face her.
"I was just asking because I saw this picture in your drawer and..." She didn't finish and I didn't want to hear the rest. I left her in the kitchen but I heard her let out a slight cry as she stepped down from the bar stool. "Ash wait."
I slammed our bedroom door closed before she entered. Thoughts were rushing back as I desperately tried to find some kind of drug or alcohol to keep my mind clear of those memories. I found a bag of coke and quickly laid it out on the coffee table.
