I wake up and change immediately, about an hour I have to go to work again until 4 in the afternoon. So that is reasonable time. I will start on 8.30 in the morning. Right now it's about 7 in the morning and the hospital isn't that far away from my house. I walk towards the kitchen to make myself breakfast and see Louis en Ava on the couch sleeping, why on the couch? Like they could easily go to Ava's bedroom right? "Sweethearts wake up," I yell like a little child. They both shocked themselves and Louis starting shaking his head.

"Jeez, it's 7 am, why so early?" He asks me.

"You guys could sleep in the bedroom too." I say as a potential.

"Yeah could," he mutters and his head laying down on her chest. Trying to keep sleeping. "We talked because we needed to do," Ava says and I raise my eyebrow. What? About what did the talk about? They're relationship is going so great, form a outsider then. Of course there can be something wrong and decide to give it a time out or another try.

"Oh okay," I say and I will not involve myself into their conversation.

"When do your shift start?" Louis asks, I thought he's asleep.

"8.30 am till 4.00 pm," I say.

"Hmm of," he mutters and rolls from the couch. "Are you coming soon, love?" He asks Ava and she nods in respons3. He waves at me and makes his way down the bedroom. Ava gets up from the couch and I'm actually very curious where they talked about. "What happened between you that you had to talk," I say and she make a coffee for herself.

"Some issues," she simply says.

"What kind of?" I ask her.

She sighs once and I roll with my eyes. "You used to tell me anything and now..," I stopped for a while.

"Fine, if you wanna know. Martijn kissed me and I pushed him away," she says.

It felt my heart stopped working. But after some seconds for barely getting fresh air I suddenly feel air in my ,lungs. I couldn't breathe for a second.

"Wha?" I ask her.

"I went over at his house to talk about how shitty he treated you and suddenly, when I wanted to leave, he kissed me. It was totally mistake from of both us. Martijn told Louis first," she tells me.

So he use other girls to kiss him, so probably having sex too.

"Was Louis angry?" I ask her.

"A bit. But martijn said he would take the full blame for the kiss," she says.

That sounds nice right?

"And we talked about the situation and we fell asleep on the couch," she continues.

I nod and rub over her arm. "Go to him, he's waiting on you," I quick say and she smiles. She wishes me the best for work and walks to her room. I've a few minutes left before I go downstairs to my car. I grab my bag and I'm totally ready for today shifts. Hopefully I can help a lot of people again who're coming in the 24 hour emergency room. I mostly work there and little bit night shifts where I check up on patients before getting to sleep.

I walk through the hall towards the 24ER. I quick see Ben before entering the ER. "Be ready for some heavy shit that can come up," he says and winks. "Thanks," I smiled and open the door. I enter just the ER and immediately a older men is coming in. "Mr Garritsen, just had accident. Heavy head wounds and he says he can't feel his leg and back," someone says who's bringing him in. I nod and a lot of other people around me too. We switch him from the ambulance bed to hospital bed. I connect the oxygen to him, also connect any blood types to the device who's measuring if anything is going well. Right after that doctors are coming inside and gets informed about the situation and accident. Ben stops and looks over at someone. I look at him surprised and follow wherever he's looking at. "That is probably his wife, you should comfort her and say we will do anything to save her husband," he says and I nod.he gets inside and other nurses closing the curtains so no one else can see them.

"Let me please go to my husband,' the woman begs other nurse. "Sorry I can't," she answers polity. "Miss Garritsen right?" I ask her and she looks up, like she lost hope. "Can I go to him?" She asks me for a favor. "I'm sorry but right now there're doing a surgery so it's not possible now. But the doctors are doing anything to save ur husband," I say and she looks more comfortable to sit down. I sit next to her and she just looks around.

"Can u tell me what happened?" I ask her. "Someone just crashed at him. He's on his way to pick up my son. He's coming too soon as possible. That's okay right?" She asks and I nod. "After the surgery u and ur son can be with him and whenever he wakes up he sees you guys," I say. "It's not a too long or too dangerous surgery I hope?" She asks me. "No, they check up on his back and lef, he couldn't feel them. He also has head wounds but the surgeon says it's flexible," I explain towards her. "Thank you sweetheart," she says and tries to calm down to keep her breath under control. It should be so horrifying to know that you let your husband go, in the car to pick your son and he gets crashed through someone else.

I get up and wanted to leave when I heard a well known voice. "Mom," he says and walks into the ER straight elderly woman. I see Martijn walking down to his mom, the woman I just talked to and she's hugging him. Quickly I turn around and walk away. "Is he okay? Please tell he's okay?" He immediately asks her and she let her hand through his hair to comfort him I guess. "Ask her," I hear her say and I feel more nervous than ever. He's gonna talk with me after that stupid kiss, no I didn't forgot about it.

"Miss," he says and I turn around.

"Cleo?" He asks and his mom gets up.

"You know her Martijn?" She asks him. "Yeah mom," he says and he bring his mom back to her seat. He give her a kiss and says stay here. He walks back to me, I didn't move, scared he would freak out. He stares at me, for a very long time that it's getting creepy. He still has those very handsome blue green eyes who lets me go crazy.

"Cleo, please, forgive me," he says and I look at away, breaking the too long eye contact.

"Your dad is okay, he's under a surgery right now and it's flexible. Stay with your mom, it's the best," I say and try to sound like a professional but in my heart I could cry again. I walk away and he finally walks back to his mom and wait for the surgery to be over. I feel my heart beating 10 times faster than normal. I don't want to feel this but I csn't fight to this. But he said it was just a kiss, he just said sorry so means that he cares about me? Behind my back he kissed Ava and betrayed me, if he liked me and Louis. He will get a lot of attention from girls who're much hotter and prettier than I am. It's just bullshit and like he said, I should not be so naive to believe all of it.
