You couldn't believe it.
Severus, you're boyfriend has cheated on you... with you're bestfriend. Two people you trusted with all your heart had broken it. You thought that you had a chance with the man, you realized you were wrong.
The night you had found out replayed in your mind.
"Come on Severus, (Y/N) is cooking she won't hear us"
Whined (F/N)while kissing Severus. You couldn't believe what you were hearing. You trusted them more than anyone and yet, they betrayed your trust.
You were shocked to hear that. You couldn't believe that the man you love, the man you would jump in front of a train for, would betray you.
There was only one thing to do. Just dissapear from existence so they wouldn't have you as a problem anymore.
But for that, you have to explain yourself for one last time. The reason why you would commit to something like this. You wanted to let him know about everything, but you don't have the courage to face him.
So instead you wrote him a letter.
Dear Severus,
I love you. I love you so much that it hurts, and it hurts even more after I heard it. I've loved you for so long, trusted you and yet you betrayed me. I thought you were the one. I guess I was wrong.
Now, I'm not writing a letter to let you know that I know about you and (F/N). I couldn't believe the both of you. You could've just told me that you didn't want to be with me anymore instead of playing me. What Is Wrong With Me that made you cheat. I just want to know.
The purpose of this letter is to bid you goodbye. Or better yet, bid the world goodbye.
I love you Severus, and I want you to be happy. Now I know that your happiness does not lie within me, but with her.I hope your happy, because when you're happy I am.
My last wish is for you to not forget me. At least tell your future kids about me.And be happy.

The parchment was wet, with droplets of tears from you. You couldn't handle the pain anymore. You were tired, abused and cheated on.
You just wanted to let go. And so, you did.
