Chapter thirteen(real ending)

Third person POV

(Y/n) and ruby left the closet and their parents bedroom. They made their way to the living room and found mr hopps slowly walking to them one of his arms outstretched, (y/n) raised the gun and pulled the trigger shooting mr hopps 6 times before he disappeared into the ground. 'He's not dead but he should be gone for a while, hopefully.'

Ruby walked a little bit ahead of (y/n) but (y/n) stopped she noticed a small piece of paper soaked in gasoline and picked it up. (You have matches in your pocket)

(Y/n) and ruby continued walking and made it to the front door "ruby,(y/n)....come and give your nana a big kiss!" Ruby turned around and smiled at their nana 'somethings not right.' Ruby ran up to her "nana!? But....we thought you were...." Suddenly a massive Grey hand grabbed nana and ruby ran to (y/n).

"Ruby,(y/n)! Play with me Ruby,(Y/n)!" (Y/n) grabbed Ruby's hand and immediately ran as mr hopps outstretched his arm following them. Ruby noticed the paper in (y/n)s pocket. They had reached the door after running for ages,jumping over these black demon clawed hands and getting ahead of mr hopps they opened the front door but before they left.

Ruby looked up at (y/n) "give me the gasoline soaked paper and the matches." "What?!" "You heard me." "Ruby I'm not gonn..." "SOMEONE HAS TO END THIS!" (Y/n) stared at ruby in shock tears threatening to spill "please...(y/n) I'm begging you.." (y/n) crouched down and brought ruby into a massive hug.

Ruby wrapped her arms around (y/n) "we can defeat him together." "I'm sorry (y/n)...." Ruby grabbed the matches and soaked paper "but you deserve a happy life..." ruby pushed (y/n) out the door and slammed it shut locking it "RUBY!!" (Y/n) began pounding her fists agains the door crying her eyes out.

Ruby turned around and not dad was mr hopps clawed hand ruby dropped the soaked paper and lit a match "I love you (y/n), live a happy life....without me." Ruby dropped the lit match onto the paper and it burst into flames soon the whole house was set a flame and screams could be heard throughout the whole house ruby smiled to herself as tears ran down her face "goodbye...."

(Y/n) backed away from the house her eyes wide and tears pouring out her eyes she fell to her knees crying and screaming. Sirens could be heard in the distance the police,ambulances and fire engines approached the house a police women approached (y/n) and gently rubbed her back.

(Y/n) was escorted to a police car to calm down she was also given a blanket and some hot chocolate suddenly the car door was open. "I'm sorry, there were no survivors." (Y/n) looked down tears threatening to spill again. "But...."

(Y/n) looked up and her eyes widened in fear "we did find this small grey bunny teddy still in tact we thought you might want it....I'll let you calm down." The police officer put mr hopp in her lap before shutting the car door.

(Y/n) stared down at him in fear, mr hopp looked  up at (y/n) and his smile widened "hello (y/n), miss me?"
