It feels,

like years have passed by since I last saw her, except it's only been 4 days. I couldn't help but feel distracted, I couldn't focus on anything. Heck I even got punched in the face the other day because I was thinking of her, and I rarely get punched. I felt like some lovesick fool waiting all day to see a glimpse of that beautiful face of hers.

But feeling this way is extremely dangerous, the more I think about her, the more I'm starting to fall for her. I've never felt this way about any woman let alone a stranger like her, but as they say the heart wants what it wants, and I think mine is telling me that it wants to see her again.

I still kept thinking about that day, when our hands touched, and it felt like electricity was flowing throughout my body. Or when I whispered in her ear and she got flustered and embarrassed, those moments are forever ingrained in my brain. Oh, how I wish to see her flustered again because of me.

And as I sat on the couch moping, I suddenly felt a book hit my face. "Oi idiot did you not hear me? Hey what's up with you, I can barely get you to hear me out these days." Rindou said as he started making a cup of ramen. "I'm totally fine...well for the most part...no I'm not, I think I'm falling in love with a person I've only seen like two times."

"I swear this is how every shitty rom-com starts off." Rindou said as he made his way towards me. "Yeah, thanks for the support my dear brother your great help." I couldn't help but roll my eyes. "Look you need to make a bolder move, otherwise you'll never get her and end up lonely for the rest of your life." Wow he definitely had a way with words.

"If you see her again, ask her out on a date and remember if you don't, you'll die lonely." He casually said as he enjoyed his cup of ramen while The Notebook was playing on tv. I then decided that I needed to get out of the house before my head exploded.

The sun immediately hit my face as I walked down the sidewalk, to be honest I've never really liked summer, the heat and constant sunshine always gave me a headache. The streets were especially busy today since it was Friday. There were all kinds of people crowding the busy street, from people getting off of work, to kids excited for the weekend, it was lively.

As I kept walking, hoping to get distracted from my thoughts, I herd someone calling out my name. "Hey Ran! Its good to see you!" I turned around and immediately wanted to drop dead. And it was her...well I forgot her name, but she was always using me to make her boyfriend jealous, which was funny because he's a tiny guy and can rarely fight back, so really, I help her out for my own entertainment.

"Remember me? it's Sakura!" she said as we started walking down the busy sidewalk. "Yup your quite memorable." I had to resist the urge to roll my eyes. "Hey...so can you help me with something?" she said with pleading eyes. I guess I'll be Santa Claus today, "So you want me to make that boyfriend of your jealous again.", I wonder why I even helped her, I guess I'm quite the generous person.

"Fine, but I'm only doing it because I'm bored." And as soon as I said that she put on a big smile and locked our arms together...lovely.

Now for the sake of this story (fourth wall broken) we finally found her boyfriend waiting for her and his eyes were definitely locked on mine. "Omg he's looking! Okay put your arms around my shoulder." And as she said that she put my arms around her shoulder.

I couldn't help the dead look on my face as I looked around hoping for some angel to pop out and save me. And as I looked around for some sign of hope to help me out of my misery, I found it, I found my mystery girl again.

It seemed like she walked out of that store in slow motion. The sun was shining right on her as if she was an angel, as if she was the angel I was wishing for. And the breeze flowing through her hair, that drove me crazy.

"Hey, ran you think he's jealous yet?" Sakura said as I looked away from my mystery girl to see that her boyfriend's head was about to blow off seeing us together. But when I tried finding her eyes again, I saw that she was looking at me in a way that I didn't want to be looked at, and that's when I realized I had my arms another woman...yeah that did not look good.

I couldn't help the panic that started to spread through me like wildfire, she saw me with another woman, which sends the wrong message of me being completely single. I tried to find her eyes again, but she just turned and walked away.

Rindou was right I am going to die lonely.

I...am...a...mess.

It was Friday night, and I was sulking in bed.

Well...I think now's the time to adopt cats and become a crazy lonely cat person because I think I lost my one and only shot with her. She's probably thinking that I'm dating that crazy woman and the thought of that makes me extremely nauseous.

But then my stomach growled letting me know that all this sulking was making me hungry for some ramen. I then decided to go and make some, well I would if we had any but once again rindou ate it all.

It was now around midnight, and I was on a mission to get ramen from the convenience store around the corner.

I threw on a hoodie and made my way out to get some ramen. After a few minutes I finally made it to the 24-hour convenience store. I then walked to the ramen aisle.

And as my hand was reaching out to grab my favorite and last packet of ramen.

It collided with another hand trying to grab the same last packet of ramen.

And what do you know. Because when our hands touched once again, I knew it was her.

Maybe rindou was wrong.

Maybe I won't die lonely after all.
