I couldn't wait to get out of here. Apart from me wanted to run out there and look for her, but I knew I had to be cautious. I haven't seen her in so long.

I'm unsure of what I will say when she's in front of me. What if she moved and I find she's not alone? What if she came back married, or engaged?

I know Troy has great communication with her, but one rule I had to enforce was that he was not allowed to talk about her. It was too painful for me. I itched to know about her, the little that he knew, I wanted to know; all of it. But, it was doing more damage than good to me.

I had to beg him not to tell me anymore. Until I was able to hear her name without lashing out or breaking down, her name could not be spoken in front of me.

I want to go so bad and confront her now, but I can't. I have to cool down, cone to my senses before I go off on her for just leaving me. Until then, I guess I will just stay away. At least, a few days.

I decided to go home and take Charlie out for a walk. That old pup still has good energy. He's spoiled as fuck by my mom, but she feeds him way too much. I make sure he takes daily walks so he stays healthy, otherwise, he'd be obese.

I guess a walk in the park will do us both good.

"Well, you better get in there. Don't want a moody Nate the rest of the day, now do you? I'll take care of these things. Go." Lexie suggested, pointing to the backyard and grabbing the wine cups I was raking out of the bag.

Nathan was kicking the grass and walking around with his hands in his pocket. His nanny had given up trying to make him play with his soccer ball, so she sat resting on a lawn chair.

I slid the door open and went outside. I was hit by a nice breeze cooling my face, helping me to calm my nerves.

"Nancy, could you please give me a minute?" I said looking at Nate and sighing.

She sat reading a magazine with her legs crossed over. She stood up and smiled, "Oh, sure. I'll be inside if you need me." She responded, walking towards the house and closing the glass door.

"Nate. Baby, can you come here for me, please?" I asked, sitting on the edge of a lawn chair. He looked over one side, squinting an eye to cover himself from the sun.
