I slowly open my eyes, and adjust my eyes to the light-the dark... What am I doing here? Where am I?
"Oh Lilly, you're awake." Kat snaps the light on. She looks at me and asks if I'm ok.
"I'm- I'm..." and the tears start coming once the memories flood back in my head. Kat and Garett talking, him leaving... Agin. I hug Kat and she gives my arm a squeeze.
"Lilly, I love you, and I wish you would have just stayed with Brandon... And thank god her was there, I mean who else would have brung you here?" Wait what?
"Wait, did Brandon take me here?" She nods her head, and I make a silent reminder to myself to thank him.
"You know, you should really give him a chance. Whenever he's near you, nobody else can look at you without being punched in the face." Huh? "Yeah, he got suspended because he beat up a kid who looked at you with Zane and Tucker, and made some kind of pervert remark to his friends, that is after he talked to you first."
