Side Story 1: The Grace Children's Debut!

The children are in the library, while Norman and Ray are in Norman's office.

Mr. Jonathan cleared his throat which made Norman and Ray turn their attention to him.

"Your Majesties. Shouldn't the two of you start planning for the children's debut?"

Norman paused eating his cake. "Ah. Right."

"What do you mean "Debut". Norman?" Ray asked.

Norman put his cake aside and drank water.

"Well...its a party for the whole kingdom to meet the possible heirs to the throne. Its kind of tradition, but Dad broke it, since he doesn't want anyone to meet me." Norman explained.

"Is it really necessary?" Ray asked annoyed.

"Yes. It is, Prince Ray."

Ray sighed annoyed. "Norman. Why didn't you tell me?"

"Well...I thought you might figure it out yourself?" Norman chuckled nervously.

Ray face palmed himself. "Of course! I would! Now would I?" Ray said sarcastically.

Ray sighed. "Alright. Let's get this thing over with. Wait a minute. How about you Norman? Didn't your Dad also did this party?"

"Oh no he didn't. That's the main reason why nearly everyone that knows Dad doesn't know me. Although its tradition, and it was supposed to happen when each one of the kids were 5 years old. But we lived in Grace Field and they were born there. So there was no debut when they turned 5 years old." Norman explained.

"Oh well. Mr. Jonathan, tell Miss Rachel to tell everyone to start planning for he children's debut, please?" Norman smiled.

Mr. Jonathan nodded and left to pass the message.

Ray looked Norman with an expressionless face.

"Come on Ray. Calm down. Its our kids' debut." Norman smiled.

Ray sighed. "Yes I know that, but that means that guy is invited, huh? And the other annoying people." Ray rolled his eyes.

Norman sighed and stood up from his desk.

He walked over to Ray, he wrapped his arms around Ray.

He looked up at Ray and placed his hand on Ray's cheek stroking his cheek with his thumb.

"Ray. I know you're not on good terms with them, but do try to control your anger when they're around, please? Set an example towards your kids. They all look up to you." Norman pleaded.

Ray kissed Norman's palm and sighed. "Alright, I'll try." Ray smiled lovingly and stroked Norman's cheek with his thumb.

The date of the debut was set next month, May 20th at 3pm in the afternoon.

The children are all getting fitted for the debut and are memorizing the names of the guests that are invited.

Sasha sighs and bangs her forehead on the table making Gavin look up from the book that he was reading, Freda stopped petting her rabbit, and Roy flinched from the loud thud.

"What's wrong?" Gavin asked.

"I'm bored! I wanna go outside! The only thing we've been doing lately, is doing some gown or suit fittings, memorizing the names of the guests coming and more studying!!!!" Sasha whined.
