Chapter 2

In a palace located in the Kingdom of Grand Valley. There inside the castle there is something going on.....

"Prince Norman! Where are you?" yelled a maid in the castle and the person taking care of the little prince.

"Oh dear where on earth is that kid! Come on Krone why can't you take care of a seven year old kid!" When she entered the garden she doesn't notice that the person she was looking for was up in a tree. He was just sitting up there reading a book. Krone looks up and sighs a huge relief.

"Your Majesty, there you are." she said sweetly. Norman looks down and flashes his very cute smile.
He giggles. "Hi Miss Krone" he said.

"How did you get up there?" She asked and sighed.

"Jump down now, I'll catch you." Norman nods his head.

Then he drops his book down to the ground and says, "Catch me!" he shouted as he jumped down from the tree branch and lands in Miss Krone's arms. He giggles as Miss Krone caught him. She smiles and spins him around. He laughs and is enjoying the attention he is experiencing since his dad the King is busy with work, Miss Krone was the only one who was with him all the time and treats her like his mom since his real mom is already dead.

Suddenly his Uncle Peter Ratri came into the garden where Miss Krone and Norman were. Miss Krone puts Norman down and bows. "Good Afternoon Your Highness" she said politely.

Norman just stares at his uncle and smiles. "Hi Uncle Good Afternoon!" he said while waving at him.

Peter Ratri just snorts, and looks down to Norman and says, "Norman what are you doing out here, you should be inside doing your assignments." he said.

"But uncle I am already done with them." he said

"Then why did you come out here?" he asked as he is pointing the garden area.

"Why? Is there something wrong with going into the garden?" he asked him.

Peter just kept his mouth shut when Norman replied him. "Why this little!" he thought.

"What's going on here?" James Ratri asked as he was walking into the garden followed by his royal advisor.

"Papa!" Norman shouted as he started running to him and James smiled and picked his son up to take him up in his arms.

"Onii-chan! What are you doing here?" Peter said rather surprised that his big brother was there.

"Oh I just came by to check on Norman in his room but when I went there he wasn't there." he said while looking at Norman and Norman just chuckled. "Then I thought of where he could have gone? Then we went here to the garden to see that Norman was here, right Norman?" James said as he poked Norman's nose and he just giggled.

"Yup I was just here!" Norman said enthusiastically.

James just chuckled and hugged his son. He missed bonding with his son, but he is busy with his duties and rarely plays with him he frowns at that thought. He wishes that Norman has a mother to play with and will feel the motherly love he deserves. But he is thankful for Miss Krone, because she is always with Norman and playing with him when he's bored.

But even though he wasn't able to spend some time with his son, he is just happy that Norman is safe, happy, and healthy in the castle and he knows that he is being taken good care off despite him being absent all the time.
