Opposites || KARLNAP

Chapter 21

They began driving east, Karl was oblivious to where the other boy was taking him. Which made him even more eager. Surprises were always thought of as an act of romantic desire, in Karl's eyes anyway.

After 10 minutes of driving and chatting a long the way, the car finally came to a halt.
"We're here!" Sapnap smirked as he turned off the engine and unbuckled his seatbelt.

Karl looked out the car door, curious of where Sapnap had taken him, his chocolate,brown eyes suddenly lit up with excitement.

Before he knew it, Sapnap had walked round Karl's side of the car. He opened the door door and smiled. Karl returned the smile and unbuckled his seatbelt, eager for this date to happen.

Karl's POV:
"Thank you, such a gentlemen." I smirked and jumped out the car, Sapnap closing the door behind me.
"Only for you, darling. Follow me." Sap took my hand and led me through a small alley. It had bright LED lights dangling from both walls. The lights flashed different colours: red, blue, green, orange, yellow. It was so beautiful.

We walked down the alley, our fingers still intertwined. Sapnap still wouldn't reveal where our date was, which made me nervous, but also excited as hell.

The small alleyway soon turned into a big crowded area. It was a big amusement park, the flashes lights were blinding and the conversations held by hundreds of other people were defending. But yet, I could still see and hear Sapnap perfectly fine.
"Come. I want to get you something." Sap smiled and led me over to a pretty pink and blue stand. It was clearly a cotton candy stand, and when Sapnap offered to get me some, I didn't hesitate.

After we both got cotton candy, we queued up for the big, grand Ferris wheel ride.  I was so excited. I had read so many romantic stories and the Ferris wheel always meant romance. And Sapnap wanted to go on the Ferris wheel with me.

The cue went down surprisingly fast, when it was mine and Sapnap's turn to go on I was practically jumping with excitement.

He held my hand as we both took a big step onto the separate compartment. We sat down on the small bench, cuddled up, our thighs touching on the metal seat.

As the mechanical machine turned clockwise, I looked over, admiring the gorgeous view.
"Sapnap, this is beautiful." I said, not taking my eyes off the view.
"Just like my amazing boyfriend." Sapnap smiled, but then quickly realised what he said. "Oh- I totally just called you my boyfriend.. I'm sorry." He sighed and held his head in his hands, extremely embarrassed.

"Hey.. don't be sorry. I want to be your boyfriend. If you'll have me... I really like you Sapnap." Karl smiled, cupping Sapnap's face and planting a kiss on his forehead.

Sapnap smiled and put his hand on Karl's cheek, "Can I officially call you my boyfriend, Karl Jacobs?"

"Yes, Nicholas." Karl smirked.

"Listen, you may be my boyfriend. But you will NEVER call me by my full name." Sapnap pouted which only made Karl's grin widen.
"Whatever you say, love." He giggled, and Sapnap's cheeks reddened at the nickname.

"Love. I love it when you call me love."
