Chapter 3

As I opened the paper I felt tears glide down my face. I didn't mind it until she tore the paper apart and she took me with her. I was crying and I noticed a few tears going down her face.

Y/n: So why are you crying?
??: Steve, he was my everything. My right dance partner. But... the letter... I'll explain when we get to the lab. You will have to be willing to become something that is so powerful that we need to freeze you for a couple 70-80 years or just at least till we find out if Steve is alive again. 
Y/n: I'm sorry... Did you say 'if Steve is alive AGAIN"? If Steve and Bucky-... Then they can't come back. It's over. I don't any part of this.
??: What if I told you that we can take you to where Bucky was last seen and look for him?
Y/n: That is NOT fair. I was married to him for 8 hours. 
??: Let's try and find him then. Then we can look for Steve after.
Y/n: Fine. 

We went to a lab full of electronics. Stark was there. 

Y/n: Howard?!
Howard: Y/n?!
Y/n: What are you doing here?
Howard: We have one last Super-Soldier Serum tube and it can be used on you... If you want it. I'm sorry about your brother. And his best- You're married?
Y/n: Yeah... Barnes now.. Thanks... What happens after if I took it?
Howard: You become stronger smarter faster bigger more muscular.. You can hold your breath for how long now?
Y/n: 10 minutes....
Howard: So then you would be able to hold your breath for 60 minutes. Let's get you up there.

The girl was taking my shirt off leaving me in a bra and a skirt. I covered up my cleavage and she took me to this thing where I had to lay down. I felt a whole bunch of needles enter my arms and my chest. I felt fluid inject my body. I screamed from the pain. I pushed passed the pain and I had an image of Bucky in my head. 

Howard: You good in there, Y/n?!
Y/n: I'm fine!! Keep going!!

I felt more pain and soon enough it was over. They opened the thing I was on and I fell forwards. Howard caught me and I was dizzy and aching. But I felt different, I looked at my body and I looked the same and everything. I walked around the lab and I put my shirt back on buttoning it back up. 

Howard: You ready to go find Steve?
Y/n: Yeah...

We set our way to where he was. I had been self conscience about everything. I felt out of place and I felt weird tension. 

Y/n: Hey, can I ask you something?
Peggy: Sure.
Y/n: How did Bucky die?
Peggy: He fell... Out of a train... 300 feet below him.. No one went looking for him just incase he landed on a ton of snow and lived. 
Y/n: And S-Steve?
Peggy: A plane he was on was heading to New York to bomb Brooklyn. He got through the intercom and told us that he can't let it hit you. That he loves you and he needs you to live life to its fullest. Then as he put the ship he told me he loved me.
Y/n: You knew each other for 2 weeks.
Peggy: You and Mr. Barnes knew each other for how long?
Y/n: I knew him my entire 23 years of life. I loved him since I was 17... He loved me for a while... I'm sorry... I- uhh... Never got a good look at him after he left.. Or you know... 3 weeks before he died.
Peggy: I'm sorry... That must be horrible for-
Howard: GUYS?!! You might want to take look at this!!

We walked over and there was a blue square in the middle of the ocean. He used the little grapple things to pull it un and secure it. He continued searching and nothing. We went home and I had a breakdown. We put me under but kept me in ice so my body didn't die.
