" Amy, what's wrong?" Ty asked in a soft voice
Amy looked at Ty*
" This isn't how it was supposed to go. Lyndy was supposed to be perfectly happy here and I was gonna fly in a couple of days later and we were supposed to be a big happy family. Lou's been pushing to know what happened. She's been pushing a lot of work onto me. I just can't handle all of the pressure Ty. And you are doing literally nothing." Amy said with tears running down her face.
" Amy, please, don't carry all of this stuff on your shoulders. We will be back at the ranch in probably a day or two until this storm clears out. So probably tomorrow night we will be back in Calgary. Amy please remember we are in this together. I love you." Ty said
" I love you too Ty." Amy said hugging Ty
Amy fell back asleep and Ty stayed up to see when the flight was coming back in.
3 hours later a notification popped up on Ty's phone.
It said " Flight 6328 is ready to board in 30 minutes"
Ty woke up Amy and they grabbed the luggage and Ty picked up sleeping Lyndy.
7 hours later it is now 8 in the morning and their flight just landed.
2 hours later they were out of the busy airport and were in a cab.
Lyndy woke up crying.
" Sweetheart what's wrong?" Ty asked
" I don't want to go back to Nana's house." Lyndy said
" Honey, we are on our way back to the ranch." Amy said
" Oh." Lyndy said drifting back to sleep
30 minutes later they made it back to the ranch.
They get out of the cab and go inside.
Jack, Tim, and Lou were all in the kitchen.
" You guys are back!" Lou shouted
" Shh, Lyndy is asleep." Ty said while yawning.
" Oh sorry." Lou whispered
" Hey Lou, can you go lay Lyndy down in her bed?" Ty asked
" Yeah sure." Lou said
Ty handed Lyndy to Lou and Lou went to Katie and Lyndy's room.
" Dad, what the hell were you thinking?" Amy asked Tim
" What are you talking about?" Tim asked
" Blowing up at Lily liked that, in the hospital." Amy said
" What, she deserved it." Tim said
" I can't believe you. I can't believe you either Grandpa." Amy said
" You embarrassed us at the hospital, you know that a nurse came and got us while you guys were fighting, with Lyndy right between you." Ty said
