Castle Investigation

Today is a beautiful day for the group composed of Leon, Nita, Jessie and Sandy. The four members had just finished a showdown match in the desert and headed down to the Old Town to purchase ice cream. While Leon was ordering the ice creams by the ice cream vendor, his sister Nita saw a structure that was not familiar to her all.
Nita: "Nita thinks she saw something."
Jessie: "What is it Nita? Something interesting caught your eye?"
Nita pointed at the structure to Jessie giving her a clear idea on what it is.
Jessie: "That's a castle Nita."
Nita: "Nita knows that. That wasn't there before the last time we've been here."
Sandy woke up from his daily naps during the conversation.
Sandy: "Huh? Castle you say??" *yawns*
Jessie: "Oh you're awake. Yea Nita and I saw a castle in the distance that wasn't there before. Maybe we should investigate. There might me some scraps in there that I can give to Mom."
Leon: "Alright everyone, I got the ice creams."
Everyone: "Sweet!"
Leon handed the group their respective ice creams and dug in immediately.
Leon: "So what have you guys been doing?"
Jessie: "Nothing much. Nita saw a castle in the distance and we were thinking of investigating it."
Leon: "Oh sweet! We should do that right now. We still got a lot of time in out hands."
Sandy: "Fine by me. Tara and Gene can handle the bazaar for all I care."
The group stared at Sandy with some shocked expressions.
Sandy: "What?? I don't do anything anyway than just sleeping."

*Timeskip*

The group went down the Old Town after finishing their ice creams to go to the castle. Entering Starr Park, they saw the castle in front of their eyes much closer than before. They were almost to their destination but there was a problem. The castle was behind a locked gate next to the Giftshop preventing access.
Nita: "Locked?! Nita wants to see castle so badly!"
Leon: "Can't you use your bear? I doubt anyone would care if the gate is down."
Sandy: "I don't know. Wouldn't we be caught?"
Jessie: "No worries. If anyone would come for us, we will fight back. We're brawlers after all."
Nita summons her bear, Bruce, destroying the gate with his claws very quickly. Bruce then disappeared returning to Nita's necklace. The group now ventured into the pathway to the castle.

Normally, the pathway to a castle would look magical and amazing, but instead it looked like a dump. The pathway was littered with trash ranging from banana peels, energy drinks, spaghetti and much more. The small walls surrounding the pathway were very dull looking with grafitti plastered over showing recognizable Brawler names like Rico. However, those are minor because when the group finally approached to the castle they were gonna investigate, their expectations were dropped and they had either faces of awe or fear. The castle was looking destroyed with some of the towers crumbling down or fallen off from their positions. There were also scorches of fire releasing flames into the air and planks of wood covering the castle windows like if they were barricaded during an emergency.
Nita: "Nita was not expecting this. This looks like an amazing place!"
Jessie: "Amazing? It looks destroyed and abandoned, I thought it was gonna like magical.
Leon: "Well we've come this far. There has to be more than just the exterior."
Nita: "We'll see about that!"
As she said that, Nita rushed inside the castle via the opened drawbridge
Leon and Jessie: "Nita!!"
The two ran to catch up to Nita with Sandy following suit albeit casually.
Nita was amazed with the interior looking more destroyed than the interior.
Nita: "It looks just like home! Nita definitely will inhabit he- "
*squeak*
Nita: "Eeek rat!"
Nita stomped down on the rat crushing it completely causing it to explode creating a shock.
Nita: "Aggh exploding rat!"
???: "Arrgh great! Who dares destroy me pallie?"
The voice echoed throughout the castle causing Nita to jump.
Nita: "Nita doesn't like this. Where's Leon when you need him?"
Leon: "Nita! There you are!"
Nita turned around to see Leon, Jessie and Sandy running up to her with Leon hugging his sister.
Leon: "Nita! Why would you run off without us tagging alone? You could've gotten hurt."
Nita: "Sorry Leon and everyone. Nita wants to see the castle despite its state. It looks fun and daring."
Jessie: "It's alright Nita. We should get out of here. I think we had enough."
???: "Oh you have more of your pals huh? Welp I ain't gonna let you lads leave!"
A trashcan around the corner transformed into a being taking up the form of a trashcan with arms, legs and face inside the can and equipped with a sword-looking broom and dustpan shield.
???: "Knight Ash will drive you thieves out of this court!"

The group immediately laughed except Sandy upon looking at the being.
Ash: "Ay! Why you laughing?! I'm so angry having to deal with you theives coming into this court."
Sandy: "Woah chill man. We aren't here to cause trouble or even steal."
Ash: "You're lying. Thieves always use that tactic to excuse themselves."
Sandy: "No I'm serious. Our friend Nita rushed in without hesitation and we had to catch up to her incase she got hurt."
Sandy said pointing at Nita to Ash. He observed the group carefully and lowered his broom and calming down in the process.
Ash: "I see. Sorry lads that I mistake ye for theives. My rage always mistakes anyone as bad."
Ash cleans the court as he speaks.
Jessie: "It's fine sir. This ain't the first time we get caught into situations like this."
Leon: "Yea yea. So you said you are Knight Ash?"
Ash: "Aye. But I'm usually known as Ash. I clean up the Castle Court daily making sure it's spick and span."
Jessie: "Not to be rude Mr. Ash, but the whole court looks destroyed than just trash on the floor."
Ash: "I know that lass but I get good pay for just taking out the trash. No one else ain't gonna do it other than me. This court used to be magical with authentic halls and jawdropping beauty but some people just like to trash the place resulting in this mess now seen today."
Jessie: "Hmm this ain't much of a surprise. But how come no one rebuilt the castle?"
Ash: "Trust me I don't have a clear answer to this question. I'm as confused as you all are. The staff ignored that question everytime I ask them about it! Arrgh!"
Nita: "Nita still likes castle. Danger and energy screams to me when I see it."
Ash: "Hahaha. Atleast this lass enjoys it."
The sun was starting to set turning into dusk.
Ash: "Well whaddya know? Time files pretty quickly! You lads should go before anyone sees you here!"
Leon: "Oh yea! Hadn't realized that aswell. Well group, I think today was great despite our expectations."
Jessie: "I agree aswell. I should definitely show Mom about this!"
Sandy: "Oh thank goodness, I needed this soo much!"
Nita: "Nita appreciates talking with you. We hope to talk with you again."
Ash: "Same aswell. It's rare for me to have a calm experinence like this. And yea maybe we will see each other again!"
Everyone exchanged their goodbyes to Ash and left the court to go to their respective homes except Ash who stayed behind to finish up cleaning.

Ash: "Look at dem lads go! Really reminds me of me pals from waay back.  Being by myself with these R.A.T.S feels lonely."
