Chapter 17: Family Meeting

Y/n's POV:

We all sat in the living room getting ready for the our "Family Meeting" god i can't remember the last time we had one of these. I look at everyone and see how they changed. I see Vanya giving me a warm smile. I give one back.

"All right. First off, I wanna say I'm sorry. I know I really screwed the pooch on this whole going-back-in-time-and-getting-stuck thing." Five spoke getting everyone's attention.
"But the real kick in the pants here is we brought the end of the world back here with us."

"Oh, my God, again?" Klaus looking at us and making his drink. We all gave him a look.

"All of you knew? Why am I always the last one to find out about the end of the...Oh, my God. My cult is gonna be so pissed. Five! I told them we had until 2019." Klaus continued.
"You started a cult without me!" I spoke up.

"Shit I'm sorry!"
"Wait you two wanted to start a cult together?" Vanya asked confused.
"Yes we always wanted to start a cult together, wait did you steal my name for the cult too?"
Klaus froze up.
"Klaus whyyy!" I whined.

"Five, your girlfriend is weird." Diego says.
I throw the couch pillow at his face, I hear Five lightly chuckle.
"But as I was saying, we have until Monday. We have six days." Five says.

"Is it Vanya?" Klaus blurted up.
"Klaus!" Allison and I said at the same time.
"What? It's usually Vanya."
Vanya just sighs, "Do you have any leads, Five?"

"Yeah, we have one." They give them file to see.

"Holy shit, is that Dad?"
"Yeah." I responded
"That's him?" Vanya says.
"Standing on the grassy knoll." Diego adds.

"Eight, Diego, and I have been trying to talk to Dad about what exactly this means."

"So far, we've got nothing." I say.
"Not nothing. He's planning to kill Kennedy." Diego says with his Kennedy obsession, a little fruity to me.
"Maybe. But we don't know who or what
sets doomsday in motion. Could be Kennedy,
could be something entirely independent. But if we know something changes the timeline, we have to make it right." Five says.

"Yeah, but how, if we don't know what's broken?" Allison asks.
"Come on. Do the math. We know Dad's having shady-ass meetings with some shady-ass people. We know he's on the grassy knoll in three days to kill the president." Diego says

"So I think we all know what we have to do."

"Find Dad." Five says
"Kill Dad." Diego says
They look at each other weird.

"Dumb ass." I whisper shaking me head.
"None of us are supposed to be here, right? I mean, what if it's us? Has anyone here done anything
to screw up the timeline?" Vanya asks.
Everyone stays quiet for a minute.

"Diego's been stalking Lee Harvey Oswald." Luther spoke up.
"And you're working for Jack Ruby!" Diego yelled and pointed at Luther.
"Allison has been very involved in local politics." Klaus adds.
"Okay, you started a cult!" Allison says.
I laugh and that's when everyone looks at me.
"I don't know why your laughing I saw you on the news! How many times have you been to jail?" Klaus asks wiggling his eyebrows

"Klaus SHH!" I say. Five looks at me shocked.
"Daring how many time have you been to jail?"
"Pft only like...4 times."
"FOUR TIMES?" Five yelled.
"Yeah she is hella wanted for spray painting 'Black Lives Matter' On police cars and restaurants. Also she beat up homophobic people." Luther added.
