Why?

Chapter 13

Marcus POV

I woke up very early like 4 am took a shower, changed and ate some donuts. I watched TV until the others woke up, they all disturbed me and took the remote just to watch stranger things. I just sat there and watched until  Jack called us for breakfast. Ooh the food is just big like there was toast, eggs , pancakes, waffles you name it all. Even though I ate earlier I had the urge to eat more. As a good person i volunteered to wash the dishes you can't eat in someone's house and act like a queen all day.

As soon I was done I called Andrea to pick us up.

" Do you  wanna play?" asked Jack .
" Umm sure guess I've never tried but I'll play," replied Julia.

" Me too," I said with a faint smile.
" Sorry , but I only have two controllers."

They played for a moment and he was teaching her how to play he touched her hand . I got angry and left the room I watched them from the kitchen as they played.

Peep, finally Andrea came what took him long , Julia stood up with her beautiful natural brown curls and ocean blue eyes. The others followed us and we went out. Jack wanted to come but I pity him , no.

We all entered the car and Andrea drove us to the place where Julia was , I mean the place where aunt Risa went the other day. On our way , I sat next to Julia she was reading a book I don't know Pride and Prejudice.

I leaned over to read , I wasn't really reading I just wanted to sit next to her.

" Dude," she called.
" Yah,"
" Give me some space , I feel you breathing on my neck and its wierd."
"Oh,"

I gave her some space and used my phone in the meanwhile.

" Jasmin , how's Antonio?," Beth asked.

" Don't say , it out loud I'll tell you when we get back !" she shouted.

We arrived there.

" Jasmin and Marcus stay Beth and Julia you can go."

They went out in the meantime , I took Julia's book and read it . Jasmin was texting someone I'm guessing a boy because she was biting her lip and blushing. Andrea listening to music. I read for a while waiting for them to come.

I drop the book and see pictures of Julia and her family , I think she really misses them I'm gonna help her , but wait what if all this is done and she will leave me here alone. Should I tell her about my dad no, I just need someone like her to come and listen to me. She already has problems so why should I add more.

I stopped reading after having my thoughts, I looked at the picture one more time.

For a minute tears dropped of my face , and Jasmin looked at me and hugged me.

" Hey, what's wrong?"she asked.
I ignored her even though I could tell she cared and wanted to help her friend.Andrea wasn't going to notice because he was wearing his headphones.
She continued asking what was wrong and finally leaned on me.

The door opened and they both entered .

" Did you find anything?,"asked Andrea.
" We found the stuff that made her immortal ." Beth said.

" Ok, I'll take that and we are going home."

Andrea started driving and we got back home .It was 2pm and Jack was in his room , and Miss Kate went out shopping.

Jack came downstairs and was happy to see all of us , then the bell rang and a group of teenagers entered.

" Sup dogs , how y'all !!" Jack shouted to them .

Then they all howled back to him and sat on the couch there were seven of them, five boys and two girls.
" Guys this is my squad."

We all waved to them, they ordered five boxes of Delfino , Pringles and three bottles of coke.

They switched on the TV , so it was movie night it wasn't night soo, I don't know what to call it. They watched Dune . Julia was in the kitchen with Jack preparing snacks with Jack, they were laughing about something then Julia had a paper cut , so opened a drawer and took a first aid kit . They continued laughing and they looked into each other's eyes for a moment that's when I popped in pretending to drink water.

They stopped and I went back. They were also done so they came back with the snacks. The lights switched off and Julia was sitting next to Jack. We watched the movie for a while .

A boy kept on spoiling for us so we chased him, and Miss Kate entered and went and greets us then goes straight to her room . After a while I see Julia sleeping on Jack's shoulders , I ate my food and just left them until the movie finished.

" Bye , guys see you tommorow,"

I stayed in bed until dinner and after eating I went back to sleep.
