Chapter 19

Marcus POV

Now I don't know if we have to stick to the plan we had before. So we had to proceed with our plan so we armed up.We hid behind a tree and walked slowly towards the house and I forgot that we were up a small hill so it was kinda difficult to go down there .As we were slowly walking down Jasmin tripped on a rock and she screamed , the guards turned to look over .They saw us and started shooting their shots at us we ran as fast we could leading us to a huge rock which we hid in.

" Is everyone ok?" Mason asked.

" Yes ," said everyone except me.

" Why do you care? " I asked.

" Marcus!"Andrea shouted.

" What"

"Grow up , please let's not start right now

I looked away , Beth turned to look out to see if the guards were still there.

" Guys , there still there we can continue walking but making sure they don't see us,"
We stood up and continued walking this time we were more alert .Finally we reached down where they were ,we heard someone singing beautifully .I turned to look and it was aunt Risa carrying a gun while Julia's parents were begging for their lives.

Julia wasn't looking scared at all , I guess she is tough.We decided to go to the back of the house that way it was easier to attack ,the gate was open so we entered the house and saw two helicopters parked and a swing if you know what that is .

" Ok , we now have to separate ," Andrea said.

" Beth, Julia and Jack inside , while Marcus , Mason and I figure out on how to stop Risa,"
We separated , while the three of us were going towards the soccer field.I faced Mason and he seemed pretty chilled after what he said to us .

Julia POV

Still kneeling and my back getting tired , I heard a sound in the bushes and gunshot , now I was terrified.This time I'm guessing it was all real , she pointed the gun towards me as she was about to shoot she realised there were no bullets , I have ten seconds to live I guess.

" Oh ,no bullets "she laughed.
" Silly me," I think she's not okay like mentally.
" Hey Billy!" she shouted .
" Bring me some bullets over here,"The tall figured guy gave her the bullets and left.
She pointed the gun at me and finally shot . I look and turn to find that I'm not dead bleeding in the ground but Mason is with his arm bleeding

"What are you doing?" I asked curiously.
" Run , fast this battle is not yours,"

I ran but a guard was in my way , so I kicked you know , ugh I don't have to explain .

" Hey , she's running away do your jobs ,
what do I pay you for !" she shouted to the guards .

" Mason what's wrong with you , we had an agreement," Norman said

" Not anymore," he said fighting the guards that surrounded him.I ran quickly and met up with the others ,"

Jack , Julia and Beth came out of the house and followed us quickly as we ran away from the guards .
We got to quiet place and hid under a tree that looked like someone's house.

" Guys are y'all ok?" I asked.
" Ya," they all replied , we all went for a group hug obviously I was in the middle very uncomfortable.

" Guys what about Mason and my parents?"
" No , don't tell me you are thinking about that right now," Marcus said.
" I should , he risked his life just to save me , I mean I should repay him,"
" Let's not have that discussion please!" he said , what's wrong with Marcus.
Every turned to him and frowned at him.
" What?" he said.
