Chapter 8

I went inside and quickly got things ready for dinner later and cleaned Shoto's room. I then grabbed my stuff and my keys and left the house. I walked over to my car and got in. I pulled out of the driveway and started heading to the school. My phone started ringing but it was connected to the car.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Guess who?" A familiar voice said. My body stiffened.
"W-why are you calling me Richard?" I asked.
"So I spotted your face on the news again, you really are doing big things aren't you?" He asked.
"Yeah I am"
"So where's my cut?"
"Excuse me?"
"You are nothing without me-"
"I'm doing better than I ever was with you"
"What? Do you think you're special now?"
"You're wasting your time calling me, I'm not giving you money"
"I think paying Aliyah a visit would change that"
"Leave her out of this"
"And you know what, I saw her with this man earlier, going into a high school, I might make my way over-" I ended the call and started speeding up. I ran red lights and went at illegal speeds to get to the school quickly. I parked and ran into the school.

I rushed through the halls until I made it to class 1a.
"Where is she?" I busted into the room. Everyone looked at me.
"Mummy!" Aliyah giggled from Aizawa's arms.
"Oh my gosh you're ok" I hugged her tightly "I love you so much baby, I'll never let anyone hurt you" tears started forming in my eyes.
"Y/n are you Ok?" Aizawa asked.
"Oh uh" I wiped my tears "yeah um just uh nothing"
"Did he call you?" Todoroki asked.
"Ok how did you know?" I asked.
"HE CALLED YOU?" Todoroki shot up.
"Who called her?" Kirishima asked.
"You can say I don't mind" I sat down still holding Aliyah.
"So basically Aliyah's dad is a deadbeat abuser that accused Y/n of cheating when she was pregnant, and now years later, he calls to ask for money then he threatens Aliyah's life, obviously that's terrifying to Y/n because she knows he will actually do it" Todoroki explained.

Aizawa stared at me.
"Are you Ok?" I asked.
"Is he around 6 foot, brownskin, waves, with both ears pierced and a nose ring and his left eyebrow slit?" He asked.
"Yes..." I said. I glanced out of the window and saw him standing there. Tears instantly formed "I need to get her out of here" I shot up. Todoroki ran over to the window and his quirk ignited. I looked again and we made eye contact. Richard smirked at me then launched himself towards the window. He walked straight through the glass with his quirks and stood in front of me.
"Hello my love" he smiled. I stared at him completely frozen. I kept Aliyah's head to my chest so she didn't look at him "what? Cat got your tongue?" He cackled in my face. He leaned in more "for the-"
"Get tf out of my face" I slapped him across the face and he stumbled back surprised "who tf do you think you're talking to like that you lazy ass deadbeat bitch, you must be fucking stupid" he stared at me in shock "this is a SCHOOL and this" I gestured us "is over so leave me and my baby alone, get out!" He continued staring "ARE YOU DEAF OR FUCKING STUPID, GET OUT!" I felt Aliyah trembling "I'm sorry baby" I whispered in her ear and kissed her forehead "you're safe with me, no one is going to hurt you" she calmed down.
"Is that my-"
"Aliyah close your ears" I said and she did "you guys close you eyes" the first years did. I walked over to Richard and dragged him over to the window by his ear.
"What are you-" I kicked him in the belly and he went through it again. I watched him hit the ground. After a while he stood up and limped over to his car and left.
"Ok opened your eyes" I said. I looked back at Aizawa and he was staring at me surprised. I ignored it and sat down.

I pulled Aliyah back and she smiled at me with her hands over her ears. I moved them and smiled.
"Mummy who was that?" She asked.
"That was a very mean person" I said.
"Was he mean to you mummy?"
"Yeah very mean, and now he wants to be mean to you, but I won't let him"
"Yay! Mummy is protecting me!"
"Always" I kissed her forehead. I looked back at the class "wait-"
"Awwww" they erupted "that was so sweet"
"Anyways" I laughed. Aizawa walked over to me.
"Does he know where you live?" He leaned in.
"Yeah" I said "don't worry we have live in human security and a built in security system, we're completely safe at home"
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah"
"Call me if anything happens alright"
"I will" I smiled.
"Great" he peaked my lips.
