Chapter 37

We got to the assembly hall and the students sat down while I was swarmed by paparazzi.
"Y/n Y/n is it true you're married?"
"Are you pregnant?"
"Are you abandoning your daughter for your partner?"
"I'm not married, I'm dating Shota, I'm not pregnant and no I'm not abandoning my daughter, don't ask me some dumb shit like that again" I replied.
"Hi babe" Aizawa walked over and put his hand on my lower back.
"Hi" I smiled at him.
"We sit at the front" he guided me to the seats assigned for the teachers.

We sat down on the stage.
"What questions did they ask you?" I looked at him.
"Am I dating you? Am I ready to throw away my life to be a dad? Am I planning on marrying you?"
"Oh what did you say?"
"Yes to 1 and 3 and I said that I'm not throwing away my life if I chose freely to be a dad"
"Oh"
"Yeah" he smiled at me "the first opportunity I get I will marry you" he held my hand "but I'm not going to rush you, so you tell me when you're ready"
"Alright-"
"And we can get married the next day"
"Of course" I laughed.

The assembly started and Nezu got on the stage. He started addressing all the common questions surrounding the school.
"... yes Y/n L/n is a teacher here" he said. My body tensed up.
"Is this live?" I whispered to Aizawa and he nodded. My heart sank. I brushed it off and continued listening to Nezu. I heard heavy breathing behind me and the students' faces fell.
"Ma don't panic" Shinso stood up along with class 1a. I slowly turned around and Richard was standing directly behind me. I instantly shot up.
"Y/n where is my daughter?" He stared into my soul. I didn't reply but I started stepping back.
"She's not your daughter" Aizawa stood up.
"What? Is she supposed to be yours?"
"She is mine" Aizawa tied up his hair.

I watched them argue as tears started forming in my eyes. I didn't react wildly and just started walking off the stage.
"Where do you think you're going?!" Richard yelled at me. I flinched but didn't turn around. I left the auditorium and walked back to class 3a. I sat silently at my desk for a few seconds then busted out crying. I started wheezing and could barely breathe. I started getting light headed.
"Y/n?!" I heard Richard's voice from down the hall.

The door opened and Richard stomped in. I rushed out of my seat and ran to the other side of the classroom.
"L-leave me alone" I sniffed.
"Where is my daughter!?" He yelled.
"SHE'S NOT YOUR DAUGHTER!"
"SO YOU CHEATED ON ME?"
"NO! OF COURSE NOT"
"THEN WHY ARE YOU-"
"I DON'T WANT MY DAUGHTER AROUND SOMEONE LIKE YOU, LEAVE US ALONE RICHARD"
"Someone like me?" Anger flooded his eyes "what do you mean by that?" He clenched his fist and walked towards me. I froze in place "tsk your not so strong now are you" he latched onto my hair and threw me onto the floor. I continuously kicked him before he could do anything else.
"Y/N?" Aizawa busted into the room. He instantly lunged at Richard. My tears restricted my breathing and I gradually passed out.

Aizawa's POV

Y/n left the hall and her ex disappeared. I rushed out behind her and was quickly stopped by class 1a and Shinso.
"What do we do?" They asked.
"Girls check everything girls toilet then separate around the school, I'm going to check the top floor" I said and they nodded and separated.

I ran to the top floor constantly calling out for her. I heard yelling them a big thud from across the hallway. I busted into the classroom and Y/n was on the floor kicking Richard. I leaped at him and started beating him up. I glanced over at Y/n and she was passed out of the floor. Richard had already passed out so I rushed to her aid.
"Y/n?" I tapped her "can you hear me?" I checked her pulse and she was still breathing. I threw her over my shoulder and started running towards the nurse's office.

"Is she ok?" The students were returning to their classes. Nezu ran over to me.
"What happened?"
"I think he hit her" we walked into the office. I put her down on the bed and explained everything to recovery girl.
"Oh my God" Nezu paced the room "what am I going to do? She's going to be traumatised, how do we help? She must stay home for a while, BOTH OF YOU, yes yes stay home, Shinso can decide whether he wants to stay or not" he continued rambling to himself.
