James panicked at that message. Fray would rarely text something like that. Especially at three in the morning.
Xe did what xe had to do. Run over to xyr childhood bestfriends house at 3am in just xyr pajamas. It was only a two minute run anyways. They could obviously do it in time.
James ran up to Fray's bedroom first to see Fray attempting to hang themself. He was mortified. Fray told everyone that they were happy. They just weren't. They were hurting.
"Fray. Let go of that rope.",he pleaded. "Please.Fray."
Fray let go and went to hug James. Their eyes began to well up with tears. Fray then went to hug James.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry.",they kept on repeating.James shushed them,trying to calm them down.
"Fray. You scared me!"James whispered.
They spent the rest of the night watching Shameless because neither of them wanted to sleep. James had to text the group chat which Fray was alright with him doing.
