There are many much more to consider, I am halfway through this journey. Yes, it was still a long journey ahead but eventually, this Restart will come to an end. The Walpurgis council ended quickly. This is the coverage of the Walpurgis

1. Milim, Frey, and Carrion's territory will get united

That's a large territory, to be honest.

2. The Kingdom of Tempest will gain authority over the Puppet Kingdom of Jistav

My territory expanded as well...

3. What to do with the human who intervened the Walpurgis

With this one I'm disturbed— I still cannot figure out how he was able to get through the absolute reality of {True Perception}. An ability that can see everywhere, everywhen, every dimension, every world, every reality. It's basically a skill that can overseer everything even our fate. Yet Yuuki was able to get under that radar as for Ciel she immediately commenced a calculation of the event endlessly. Basically, Ciel is observing every reality to find what is the cause of Yuuki's mysterious power. She made some hypothesis 

First: There is someone behind even behind the shadow that Yuuki didn't know someone that followed me in this restart.

Second: There is a method that we don't know existed that gain Yuuki a power rivaling that of a deity

or Third: Both of them

There is only a limited person who can rival me— individuals who can Time travel without an issue at least.

A certain person emerges on my mind— yes that's one... but the rumors I have heard of him were all but compliments, I cannot begin to imagine him doing dubious things.

I don't really suspect him, but he is the only being who can do the same time travel I did and follow me in a completely different time plane.

I'm still racking my brain but it seems it's time to arrive in the Kingdom of Tempest. As I gaze on top of the hill the scenario where the whole country is in smithereens are not there. Veldora and the others successfully intercepted the angels!

And so while marching down with nine head on my hands, Carrera, Ultima, Shizu-san... Ramiris, Treyni-san, and Beretta finally arrived home to Tempest. I expect the country to be tranquil but

I was expecting Diablo to be home though but why the heck is everybody already here?! are you not busy conquering the entirety of Western human nations?!

Fuze, Testarossa, Moss and Black numbers, Masayuki, Youm and his party, Ellen and his party, Even the main army led by Benimaru and Shuna and the others are home.

"Oi! I thought you guys are conquering the West?!"
