16 Moons: Blackstripe's Death/Having My Kittens

"Dad, is mom dead?" Blackmane asked her father. "Yes, Blackmane she is dead." Wolffang cried over his mate. "May the anestors light her path up there." Wolffang said as he jumped up onto the tall rock. "Let all cats old enough to run in our fields gather around the tall rock for a meeting." Wolffang announced. Every cat from wolf colony gathered around the tall rock. "One of our strongest rangers Blackstripe died peacefully in her sleep." Wolffang announced. "So now let's move on to the morning announcements." Wolffang announced. Kittens became new claws and new claws became rangers. Blackmane and I were mates for three moons. "And that's all announcements for now, clan dismissed." Wolffang announced as he jumped off of the tall rock and towards his den. Blackmane started her kitting. "Blackmane are you okay?" I asked. "Yes, Lightningbreeze. Anyways I'm having your kittens Lightningbreeze." Blackmane said. We walked into the healers den. "Nice to see you again you two." Snowsight said. "Blackmane is having our kits." I said as my eyes lite up with happiness. "Oh okay, lay down right here and get comfortable." Snowsight said as I laid down next to Blackmane. "I'm right here Black." I said comforting. "Thanks Lightning." Blackmane said. After a while Blackmane had our kittens, one gray and black, one white and light-gray, one white and black, and one gray and red. "Lightning, are they beautiful?" Blackmane asked. "Yes they are." I said as my father walked into the healers den. "Oh my stars, your kittens are beautiful." Dad said. "Thanks dad." I said. Wolffang walked into the healers den. "I'm so proud of you Blackmane and your would be too." Wolffang said. "Yes, Wolffang is right. Lightningbreeze, your mother would be proud of you too." Dad said. "Wait, what happened to mom?" I asked. "Sadly your mother died of Whitecough." Dad said with tears in his eyes. "It will be okay dad." I said as he walked out of the healers den. "So what are we going to name them?" I asked. "Could I name two and you name two?" Blackmane asked. "Yes of course, Blackmane. How about Ash for the gray and black one and Adder for the gray and red one?" I asked. "Those are great names Lightningbreeze. How about for the other two, Sabor for the white and light-gray one and Flower for the white and black one?" Blackmane asked as we touched noses. "I like those names for your kittens." A mysterious voice said as I turned around to see my mother and Blackstripe. Blackmane stood to her paws and walked over to me. "Mom?" Blackmane asked. "Yes, Blackmane it's me." Blackstripe said. "I missed you so much mom." I  cried. "I missed you too Lightningbreeze." Mom said. "Wait, where is Badger?" I asked. "He's in the dark forest." Mom said. "Wait, he didn't attack anyone." I cried. My mother put her tail on my back. "Please don't cry, Lightningbreeze. Anyways you have Blackmane as your mate, right Blackmane?" Mom asked Blackmane. "Yes Leopardtail. Lightningbreeze, I will always be there for you through thick and thin." Blackmane said. "S-sister is t-that you?" A voice boomed. I turned to look at my brother. "Badger, you look horrible." I said. "Yeah, the dark forest cats did this to me. I hate it in the dark forest." Badger cried as Blackmane walked over to him. "Badger, please don't cry." Blackmane said. "Yeah Badger, it's me your mother." Mom said.
