The young, attractive, almost adult blonde teenager woke up earlier then his usual five o clock in the morning. He needed to get out of the house before his father and Natalie woke up.
He looked at his kwami who was very adamant about the sleeping arrangements last night. Plagg wanted the entire bed but ended up on settling with half the bed. He threatened Adrien that he would cataclysm his face if he came over to his side.
Plagg laid on a pillow and rolled when Adrien called his name. He let out a groan, he wished at this moment that Marinette was his wielder. They had the same sleep schedule. "Let me sleep."
"We have to leave. It's my only chance to go to public school." He said as put on his Amiri skinny-fitted jeans that were black with a white cherub printed on the right foreleg and a ripped knee on the left.
"You're such a strange kid." He yawned. "Who would want to be at school when he can stay at home all day?"
"It's boring here, trust me." He grabbed a jacket that was a hybrid of vinyl jacket and a hoodie and one of his many Gabriel Brand tee shirts. He also added a pink handmade bracelet that if he didn't wear Chloe would have a fit. Afterall, it was a Wednesday. Items that he pick out the day before. Adrien hope this look was good enough to impress his new classmates.
He sat on the end of his bed to put on his lucky pair of shoes which were bright orange converses. "Get up." He said as he poked Plagg's cheek.
"NO."
Adrien grabbed his stubborn kwami by the tail and stuck him his jacket pocket. He patted the pocket. "You can sleep in there."
"I HATE YOU!"
Adrien snuck into the kitchen grabbing some camberet for his irritable Kwami. His nose curled at the smell of the cheese. Paris's poster boy hoped the smell would fade before he made it to school. He thought about drowning the smell out with perfume but that would make it worse. If this was the price he had to pay to be a superhero was it worth it? He needed a few days to decide.
He grabbed his helmet, and messanger bag that he had stowed away behind a potted plant the day before. He carefully closed the back door that he parked his citrus colored Vespa next to. He took a deep breath and counted to three before waking up the neighborhood with his bike's roar.
He wanted to stop to grab a bite to eat since Marlena, his personal chef was probablyat home and he didn't know how to cook. He noticed a bakery and parked to see if it was open. It was his lucky day for a tiny woman with dark hair had just turned the sign to open. Adrien was happily hit with smell of fresh bread and cookies when he entered.
It was rare for the bakery to get walk-ins so early in the morning. Tom Dupain was attempting to manage the phone orders by himself. Something that Sabine and Marinette insisted he learn how to do. "Hello my name is Sabine, let me know if you need anything." She said as she went behind counter to add croissants and danishes to the display. She watched as he had difficulty choosing. "Would you like a taste test?"
"I don't think I time but I'll gladly take recommendations and some camberet if you have any." He said as he completely forgot to pack some in case he needed to transform.
"Odd request but you're just in luck. Camberet is one of my daughter's favorite foods. She is about your age and she just started her senior year at Françoise Dupont." She rambled as she grabbed a cheese danish with a pair of tongs. Sabine wondered 'what are the odds that he has the Cat Miraculous?' As having a taste for camberet was an acquired taste. "How many would you like?"
