Subject: Lilly Mae University Withdrawal
Sent: June 15, 5.14 pm
Dear Mr M. Parsons:
This letter is to inform you that I need to withdraw from the university due to personal hardship. On June 10th , my sister died of a terminal illness concerning a cardiac tumour. She was unable to survive childbirth as she also had a child on that same evening. I am now obliged to care for her child and therefore will be unable to complete the course.
I am also rethinking my career choices and thinking of taking a new path.
I have enclosed the withdrawal forms required by the university. Since the semester started only two weeks ago, I am within the time limit, according to school policy.
If you have any questions or need more information I can be reached via email.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
Sincerely,
Tara J. Elise
