*Fffff*

Tsukishima was perched on his window ledge, smoking one of his shame-cigarettes. It was his third one that night.

The air around him felt suffocating and the constant intake of smoke wasn't helping him out, intently burning his chest; however, he couldn't stop himself. There was a horrible knot that had been forming in his stomach and it just kept growing. The man has been feeling down since his encounter with Hinata. That boy was one fine distraction. It was scary how he could make the blonde question his once settled emotions.

Hinata was definitely not someone Tsukishima would usually go for. The boy was an airhead, too lively and fairly nosy. Albeit these traits, he was exceptionally cute and compelling. Those hair pins, his mutinous hair, exuberant nature and sweet laugh greatly fascinated the man. Could it be possible that Tsukishima has grown a soft spot for the redhead? When he told Tsukishima that Atsumu had kissed him, he couldn't help but feel a strong dislike towards the other man. Another thought that bothered him was where did Atsumu kiss Hinata? Was it on his lips? Or his cheek? Or somewhere else?

His curiosity made his thoughts even more romping. He wondered how addicting it would have been to kiss Hinata. Atsumu was lucky. Tsukishima really despised the man, even more than he disliked Hinata for turning him into such a mess.

The little mewling noises from the other day that Hinata had made was still fresh in Tsukishima's memory. Although Hinata had dismissed his mistake by calling it an innocent misunderstanding, the other man's imagination was running wild with some really not-so-innocent thoughts. He wanted to hear those noises again while he would savor the touch and taste of Hinata's skin, teaching him a lesson for driving him crazy.

Dear lord, save me from myself. A loud groan escaped his lips as he crushed the burnt cigarette butt on the window sill.

And that is how he came to a conclusion that these thoughts were definitely not a result of a soft spot. Perhaps he was just sexually frustrated. It has been a while since he got laid. It has to be the sole reason for his stupid compulsion towards the university student. This conclusion was rather satisfying than the previous one. So in the end, he decided he would keep his distance from the boy. For his sanity.

"Shō-chan, you have to abide them from reading the book; otherwise, it won't be good for our sales, okay?"

Hinata gave Oikawa a timid nod, feeling sad for disappointing his senior. "I'm sorry, Oikawa-san." The brown haired man waved his hand in a dismissive way. "It's okay. Just keep that in mind." He muttered.

"Oikawa-san?"

"Yes?"

Hinata was anxious to ask the same question he had asked to Tsukishima, who had gone literally blank and quietly walked away from him the other night. It was not something he had intended to ask, but he was too addled to understand his slip up. Though he had felt bad for making the man awkward, for he was really confused.
