At some point or another, I must've dragged myself back into my dorm as thats where I found myself laying sprawled on my floor at 5am this morning.
Luckily, without a hangover... well not really luck, more of a tribrid thing.
I notice another pair of legs dangling over the side of my bed.
I smile thinking... it was Josie?
So try imagine my shock when I saw another pair of legs dangling over the other side of the bed... TWO SETS?
I jolt up from my floor as I stand there, wide-eyed, looking at not one Saltzman... but both of them.
I almost drag that bitch off my bed myself, until I notice her start to wake.
"What the fuck" I state my confusion.
"Keep it down, my head hur-" Lizzie cuts herself off.
Lizzie sits up at the speed of light when she notices me stood there.
"MIKAELSON" Lizzie yells.
Awakening her sleeping sister.
"Would someone like to explain why you're even within 20 metres of me?" I say, becoming slightly aggravated.
Lizzie stands up, grabbing her purse, her jacket and her phone in a hurry. Before turning rapidly to face me.
"You're nicer when you're drunk" Lizzie slams into my shoulder as she walks past me and through the door.
By the time all that happened, Josie had begun to come around.
I just stand there, completely shocked at what just happened... Like seriously. The loss of memory here was really important for some reason.
"Hey Jo... You have any idea why the spawn of satan was in my bed?" I question as Josie grabs her head in pain.
"I really would wish that you wouldn't call her that" Josie giggles.
"Sorry... Not spawn of satan.... Why was Satan in my bed?" I sarcastically reply.
"I'm pretty sure she brought us back here actually, I remember something about us partying a little more is all I can gather" Josie recalls.
I sit down next to her, I was perfectly fine with her in my bed... I mean... but Lizzie on the other hand.
"Oh my god look at this" Josie giggles and shows me her phone.
It was a picture of us dancing on top of an old piano, my arm thrown over her shoulders. To which she drunkenly posted on her instagram with the caption 'She's cute I guess'.
Although when she scrolled, Lizzie had posted a picture on instagram, and my eyes instantly dart to see myself in the picture.
It was a picture which Josie must've taken as it was a picture with Lizzie and I, With me sat on Lizzie's lap talking to Penelope next to me. With the caption 'Tribrid is whipped'. That was clearly not posted by Lizzie as if she saw that... she'd flip.
"Whats that" I questionably stop her scrolling.
"Yeah, you two actually got along, I know shocker" Josie shrugs off.
I wasn't about to get annoyed at that.. but I didn't want the school thinking I had any positive feelings for her, I could barely tolerate her existence as it was.
"I better get back, if she's had as much as me, she'll be dying" Josie packs it up.
It was something I liked about her, she was so selfless, even when it didn't aid her.
"I'll see you later" I laugh.
It was our schools yearly anniversary of opening, so all students had the day off, Lucky as I had double Latin... which yes, means double Lizzie.
I realised once again what time it was and decide that I might as well go back to sleep...
Awakening later, to the sound of banging on my door, almost like clockwork. Just like Jade had done yesterday... Then my mind flickers back to Jade, I feel bad.
"Coming" I shout.
I wonder who it was... Josie maybe?
I sling open my door, Setting my sights on my best friend.
"Jade" I sigh.
"I just came here to gather my apology" Jade strides into my room, as confident as ever.
"You came to the wrong place" I stand my ground.
I said I felt bad... not guilty.
"I'm joking Hope." Jade breaks her stern face.
Wrapping me into a hug.
"I'm sorry I flipped out at you... Its not your fault you're a huge jerk" Jade sarcastically spits at me.
In honesty this was a better apology than anything she could've spurred up.
"Apology accepted. Its not your fault that you fall in love with every girl who looks at you" I throw back at her.
"Wow no need" Jade laughs.
As much as sometimes she drove me crazy, I could never hate her... or even dislike her. Jade was one thing in my life that has been constant, and I liked that.
