Chapter 10-New Classmate

He was walking me into somewhere, my eyes covered with his bare hands. After a while, he removed his hands, making me able to see where on Earth I was standing right now. We were in the middle of a garden,with the ground covered with cherry blossoms and many other colorful trees surrounding us. Woah, this was the best place I've been so far. I was enjoying the beauty of this marvelous place when Jacob knelt from one knee in front of me. I was just standing there, having no idea about what was about to happen. He grabbed a tiny box from one of his back pockets and brought a ring towards me, and said the best thing I've ever heard.

"Ashley, I love you from the bottom of my heart and I promise to be there with you through every moment of your life. Babe, will you marry me?"

I couldn't find the words to express how joyful I was feeling. I just nodded my head in response and tears started to run down my cheeks because of the happiness.

Jacob put the ring on my finger while I was still trying to calm down myself. The ring fit perfectly and the diamond on it increased the looks it brought by thousand times. His dark brown eyes met mine and our lips found their way to each other. His soft pink lips met mine and we were exploring every corner before I heard the voice of someone and broke the passionate kiss we were sharing.

I was wondering who dared to disturb this great moment we were sharing, when I saw Celine!!!...

"Ms.Kim, please wake up....You are getting late to school"

Celine was standing in front of me, so that means Mary had been unable to wake up me...Sh!t...I've been sleeping for too long, and wait!!! It was all a dream...Hell, I just met Jacob yesterday and how could I even dream of getting in a relationship with a total stranger already?! Ashley, you must be going nuts!

"Sorry for the trouble Celine,I'll get ready soon.Inform Mark that I'll be down within 20mins.Also I'll come to the kitchen to grab my lunchbox so tell Mary that there's no need of coming here."

I jumped out of the bed and drank the bed time tea which was kept on my usual spot before hurrying into the bathroom for my morning routine.

*Time Skip*

I was already sitting at my desk with those crackheads at our last bench.Though we share the same bench, these two couples always grabbed the two ends of the bench so that teachers will barely notice the random kisses and patting they shared.Since no one really volunteered to share the same bench which we were sitting,the seat next to me was always available.

"Good Morning class!"

Mr.Bob,our class in charge teacher entered into the classroom with his daily pile of books on his hands. He signalled to whoever standing at the door to come inside by giving a simple nod and to my disbelief,the person who entered was totally unexpected!!!

Mr.Bob:"Welcome your new classmate,who has been transferred here from Seoul.Hey kid,introduce yourself to the class"

He was surely taken aback when Mr.Bob referred to him as 'kid' but he started introducing himself after taking one step forward.

"Hello everyone! I'm Jacob Smith and you can call me Jacob. I hope we can get along well!"

I can't still believe that the person who was proposing to me in my dreams just few hours ago is standing in front of the classroom, and now...we are CLASSMATES!!!

Amelia:Ash,are you sure that there's like nothing going in between ya'll? Cause he seems to have followed you here...

Olivia:Plus not just the school,look becoming classmates can't be considered as just another coincide😏

Zayn:C'mon guys,can't ya'll remember that he's a son of Mr.Smith...so it seems as possible to me.Are you guys trying to corner Ashley or what😉

Mr.Bob: Okay Jacob,You can seat wherever you want.We'll start the lesson in 5 minutes,get ready with your textbooks.

"Ashley,is it okay if I sit here?"

Jacob asked from me with a smile on his face and I just nodded with a "sure,you can" giving away a slight smile.I tried my best,not to look nervous because I didn't expect him to remember my name just because we met once before so, after knowing that I was quite amused.
