"Yeosang? Everything alright?" Yunho asked, being the one that answered the door once he heard Yeosang's loud knocking.
"Well yes but no. Is Mingi here? I want to ask him something," Yeosang said, tiptoeing to peer over Yunho's shoulder and into the room.
"Oh yeah he just got back, come on in."
Yeosang entered the room and took a seat on a chair, waiting for Mingi who was in the bathroom taking a shower. While he waited, he looked around and noticed the entire place was extra tidy and comfortable with a home like feeling unlike his place that was more or less tidy but not comfortable.
"Is this dealing with the cheerleader thing?" Yunho asked, taking a seat at a small desk in a corner and doing some work.
"Kind of."
"I like your new hair by the way. It's pretty."
Yeosang smiled and thanked the tall male, appreciating that someone had acknowledged it.
Mingi emerged from the bathroom with nothing but a pair of shorts on and a towel on his head. Yunho spotted him first and quickly got a shirt, throwing it at the male.
"Why should I put on a shirt?" Mingi asked, puzzled. "We're all male here."
"Doesn't matter. Just put it on," Yunho instructed with a heated face.
Yeosang was amused. He didn't miss the red on the male's face and knew that his mind would run wild if Mingi had left his chest bare.
"Oh hello, Yeosang. Nice hair."
"Thanks. Well anyway, I don't plan on being here too long. I just wanted to ask you about the flyer."
Mingi nodded and took a seat beside Yunho, instinctively grabbing one of the male's hands while he waited for Yeosang to continue talking. Yunho seemed to want to pull away but thought better of it and kept his hand in the male's grip and hid his red face from Yeosang.
"Before I speak about that, I just want to tell Yunho to stop blushing. It's fine, I'm not one to judge so hold your man's hand if you want."
Yunho glared at him but seemed to relax. Yeosang couldn't believe it, he was certain that some time from the start of the school year to now he had mentioned Jongho and his not so tiny crush on him. Mayhaps Yunho forgot or mayhaps he wasn't used to flaunting such things in public so easily.
Mingi smiled at Yunho and placed a soft kiss on the back of the male's hand before focusing on Yeosang once again.
"Okay, go ahead. I'm listening," Mingi said.
"Well, do you know all the players?"
Mingi seemed surprised by the question but slowly nodded his head, uncertain on where the blue haired male was getting to.
"Yeah, I have to. We have to know each of their positions and their greatest strengths in order to beat them. Why do you ask?"
"It's just because I think I know someone there and I kind of desperately want to see him so I was thinking that if he plays, I'd join the cheer team just for this season."
Yunho glanced up from whatever he was doing with a raised brow. He was interested in whatever Yeosang had to say now. The blue haired male rarely did anything just because of someone else and so seeing him join a cheer team was exciting to witness.
"If you give a name, then I can tell you for certain but I just hope you still support our school and not the other one just because of someone else. Show school pride or whatever."
Yeosang smiled and shook his head.
"If he plays, I'll definitely support him before anyone else, sorry but I'll still cheer for this school even if my heart won't be dedicated to it," Yeosang explained, telling Mingi beforehand so he wouldn't be surprised when he'd be hollering for Jongho on the field.
He knew nothing about sports but he could get the gist of it if he watched long enough. Besides, the scoreboards were enough for him to tell who was winning.
"His name is Choi Jongho."
"Hesus fuck. Him of all people? Why him?" Mingi asked, suddenly looking troubled at the mention of the name.
Yunho and Yeosang both watched the male with curious expressions, waiting for him to enlighten them. Yeosang wondered what was up with Jongho that he didn't know of and what hidden talent the male had that he never got to witness during their time together.
"What's wrong with him? He's one of the nicest people I've ever met," Yeosang stated, getting ready to defend Jongho with his life.
"No, no it's not about that. It's just that he's a threatening player. He's left handed so that fucks up everything because everything he does contradicts what we practice for," Mingi explained, noticing the way Yeosang was beginning to become defensive. "What's your relationship with him?"
Yeosang was surprised to find out that Jongho was a challenge for them and smirked to himself once he realized that the male made football challenging.
"He's my neighbour and kind of my biggest crush but don't tell him that."
Yunho brightened at the words and clapped eagerly.
"That's adorable! I think I should meet him. I'm going to the game anyway so I might as well meet him because I'm sure you'll want to see him once we're there."
"No. I don't want you to meet him," Mingi frowned.
Yunho glared at him and smacked his shoulder with disapproval.
"Don't be overprotective and jealous, Min. I won't fall for him. Besides, don't you see he has a whole ass Yeosang who would murder me if I got too close?"
Yeosang laughed loudly and stood up, deciding to go back to his room and do a bit of work before studying. Mingi simply glanced between the blue haired male and Yunho, thinking over things before sighing and nodding.
"Fine. You can meet him but your ass is mine."
"I take that as my cue to leave," Yeosang muttered, quickly walking out the room, just barely making it out in time. The last thing he saw before escaping the room was shirts being removed and he was glad he hadn't been traumatized.
"I'll just tell the team tomorrow," Yeosang decided, heading to his room for a night of suffering and loud noises from the room beside.
