The fog that surrounded her cleared and Cerah's eyes landed on the statue of a beautiful little girl who was dancing.
"So, we meet again," said John smiling at her.
"Missed me, didn't you?" Cerah said with a teasing wink.
John just tilted his head up and laughed while Cerah (not so) discreetly admired his sharp jawline.
Damn, he must work out a lot.
"Dreaming in a dream, I see," said John with a smirk. Whether he was referring to their conversation or her staring, Cerah didn't ask.
"What had we been doing anyway?" Asked John folding his arms and frowning at the statue.
Cerah laughed and said, "debating whether this statue is dancing or playing soccer."
"Oh yeah that! I still think this girl's-"
"Oh my god yes!" Cerah cut John off, placing a hand on his arm," I was thinking about the clue! What was I thinking? Yes the clock chimed! Oh yes, yes, yessss it's the clockkk!! The clue says 'the seed is the centre of the fruit'. This garden is the centre of this village but that clock is the centre of this garden! So, I think the next clue must be somewhere near that clock." Cerah rambled shaking John's arm in excitement as it all came back to her.
"Oh my god relax!" John said chuckling, taking her hand in his, "fine let's go to the clock."

Cerah and John reached the clock to find Angel already there.
"Hey, you both are finally here. I think this clock is the answer to the hint cuz it's the centre of th-"
"Yeah we figured," Cerah said nodding.
"Oh good, let's search this place then?" Asked Angel.
"Sure," Cerah smiled and bent down searching near the foot of the clock.
"Geez you both figured it out. I feel so dumb." John muttered under his breath.
"Always trust your feelings John, they never lie," said Cerah solemnly.
John looked at Cerah in disbelief but she pretended not to notice.
"You remind me of someone I know," said John after a pause.
"Well looks like you really like this someone," teased Cerah spotting the smile on his face.
"Damn, is it really that obvious?" Groaned John sitting down on the grass.
"It's cute so you're good," winked Cerah.
"I'm not cute," said John narrowing his eyes.
"Right you're hideous," Cerah shrugged, "so, who's the girl or guy?"
"It's-" John's lips sealed shut and he rolled his eyes, "apparently TMI."
"Why aren't you guys in a hurry? Like did you forget the old man's threats or something?" Asked Angel appearing from behind a tree.
Cerah and John blinked at her and John said, "I just don't believe something's actually gonna happen."
Cerah shrugged in approval. Angel just raised her eyebrows and went back to her searching.
Chill gurl, this is my story. You're in safe hands, thought Cerah.
"I feel bad for her, Ria. Let's help her?"
It took a while for Cerah to realize he was referring to her.
Cerah opened her mouth to tell them the truth that this was her story but she couldn't do so. Of course, what was she thinking?
"Dude you're taking away my freedom of speech," Cerah yelled looking up at the sky, causing John to tilt his head up in laughter.
"Let's just find all the clues and get this over with," said John chuckling.
Cerah huffed but did what he said until the fog enveloped her into the real world.
