I'd like to thank everyone out there for reading, voting for, and commenting on my book.
I really enjoyed writing it, and I hope you enjoyed reading it, too.
I actually am competitive jump roper. I am on a competitive jump rope team in San Diego. No, our team does not have our own jump rope TV show, but it has always been a dream of mine.
I am a lot like Julie, except I wasn't that good at jump rope when I was 10. A lot of the characters in this book are based off friends of mine on my jump rope team, but some of them are kind of made up. I like jump rope because my team is supportive for me, a lot like Julie's team is for her. That's the reason I love jump rope. And it's not just like any other sport. It's different. But that's what makes it cool.
Yes, I do love jump rope competitions. In fact, I have one tomorrow. Wish me luck!
I know you all loved this book, so look out for my next book Take one for the Team. I just started, and the first chapter should come out in a couple days.
I'm sure you've all noticed the picture above. That's me and a couple of my friends on my jump rope team. (I'm the blonde one in the blue shirt.)
Once again, I hope you enjoyed this book, and please read the next one!!!
