***ANGELO IN THE MM!!!*****
It was saturday night and I was chilling at work. I work at small clothing boutique. I like it here its very peaceful and organized. I was kind of mad because I was about to close soon and Angelo never texted me to chill. See this is why i don't like giving other boys chances. I rather play hard to get. I should've done that with Carlos though. Maybe things would be different. It was now 9:50 and i was getting ready to close with my manager. She was cool as hell. She's young too. I admire her for opening up her own boutique.
"Veronica what you doing after? You want to go out to the bar or something?" My manager Tammy asks me.
"Girl now you know they not gon' let me drink stop playing, and besides you know have that little fake date i was telling you about...well if it happens." I tell him.
"How many times have we gone out and they never ID you? You know you good. And uh oh what happened?" She asks me.
"I dont know Tammy, he never hit me up. But its fine though." I tell her.
"Fuck him then! He the one who missing out. Lets go out and just enjoy ourselves tonight boo, we can have a girls night." She tells me.
"Ughh, how can i say no to my manager? You know I'm with it." I tell her.
"Girl I'm your friend not ya manager, stop playing." She tells me while chuckling.
When we were walking out the store I heard some guy hollering and shit.
"Aye beautiful!" He calls out.
Tammy looks back while i kept it moving.
He chuckles and says, "Not you beautiful, the flawless looking female next to you."
I turn around and see Angelo waiting for me outside of his car. How the fuck did he know where i worked? Oh God this can't be happening.
"Oh my god Tammy thats him! Thats him! What do i do?!" I ask her panicking.
"Bitch he obviously came, go out with him. Can't stand him up now." She tells me.
"But...but he doesn't even know where i work...h-how did he find out?! Why am i so nervous Tammy?!" I ask her.
"Veronica relax! You ask him this later. C'mon i'll walk you. I gotta see who my babygirl going out with tonight." She says. When she started walking back, i thought i was too but i wasn't.
"Girl if you dont get yo' ass here, c'mon!" She says while grabbing me.
"How ya'll ladies doing tonight?"
"Damn V, he fine and polite too." She says.
No this bitch didn't.
"Im Angelo, nice to meet you." He says while extending his hand to shake Tammy's hand.
"Nice to meet you too young man, I'm Tammy. So what are plans tonight with my muffin?" She says.
Oh no this bitch didn't again.
Angelo chuckles and says, "I just want to take her to resturant and drop her off back home since its getting late."
"You gon' pay for her right?"
"Tammy stop!" I tell her.
"I got her Miss. Tammy dont worry, she in good hands now." He tells her.
"Hmm, alright, well Veronica i'll see you tomorrow. Let me know when you home and nice meeting you handso- i mean Angelo. Have a nice time guys, take care of her!" She says while walking away.
