Arturo Ortiz is having breakfast with his family. His wife SOFIA ORTIZ is in her 40s. She is a loving wife, who despite her modest means always appears cheerful.
Arturo's two children, are MATEO ORTIZ (10) and ISABEL ORTIZ (8)
MATEO ORTIZ
Dad, the other pupils in school ask me
"What is your dad doing for a living?"
Their parents have all fancy jobs!
ARTURO ORTIZ
Have you ever met their parents?
MATEO ORTIZ
No!
ARTURO ORTIZ
Most of your friends are probably lying
about their parents' occupation!
MATEO ORTIZ
Are they all like ...
ARTURO ORTIZ
They are all working hard to ensure their
children a good life!
SOFIA ORTIZ
It is a good and diverse school, Arturo!
I think even a police officer sends his
children to Mateo and Isabel's school!
ARTURO ORTIZ
I never felt ashamed of who I am!
SOFIA ORTIZ
So what? Every child dreams of becoming
a superhero!
ISABEL ORTIZ
I tell everyone my dad is a salesman!
Is that wrong, dad?
ARTURO ORTIZ
Of course not my little princess!
MATEO ORTIZ
Then I should say the same!
SOFIA ORTIZ
You shouldn't share private information
with strangers! Sometimes it is not a
sin to lie, especially to protect
your family!
ARTURO ORTIZ
I wonder what you tell people what I am
doing?
SOFIA ORTIZ
I tell them I married a promising and
understanding man and he didn't
disappoint me so far!
ARTURO ORTIZ

SOFIA ORTIZ
(sarcastically)
I'm still waiting for this love to wear off!
Sofia kisses Arturo, the two children are laughing childishly.
