Chapter 7

This was the moment when our eyes met. I didn't know what I expected, but somehow I want him to notice me, even if this isn't a good situation to thank him. His eyes widen but after a few seconds he continued with his stoic look.

'I guess you are just as stupid as you look like. I don't want to waste more of my time with you brats' Levi scoffed. He looked again at me and left the lunchroom.

'Hey! Stop you can't just leave!' Eren shouted. 'Just let it be' Mikasa said. I don't know why but I had the feeling that Levi left after he saw me. But why? It seems like he's ignoring me.

Now or never. I thought to myself.

'It was nice to meet you guys, but I'm finished with eating.' I said, ready to leave the room.

'B-But wait (Y/N), there is still food left on your plate.' Christa said concerning.

'Nah, you can have it-'

WROOOOMM

Then suddenly the girl with the brown ponytail jumped on the table and took my plate and devours everything that was left over.

'Ah, I'm Sasha by the way' the girl said with passion in her eyes. Eren tried snack a chip but Sasha defend it with all of her body, like it is her own baby. I told her my name and disappeared. After I left the room I saw Levi staying in front of a locker. His locker I guess. I walked towards him until he noticed my presence.

'Hey, uh, I wanted to thank you for yesterday.'

'What else should I do in this situation? Let you lie there in front of the music room? So there is no need to thank me.'

'But you waited for me to wake up, so I don't feel alone and confused about the situation I was in.'

He looked annoyed at me about what I said.

'Yeah because I wanted to tell you how stupid you are, so you won't do it again.'

So, does this mean he cares about me? Nah I think he just  didn't want a guilty conscience.

We stood there for a minute, not saying anything in this awkward situation. He looked at me with a straight stare in my eyes, expecting me to continue the conversation. But then the bell ringed and all the students stormed out of the lunchroom.

'So, I need to go. See you then.' I said before Christa picked me up and we went to our next lesson.

~Time Skip~

After the school ended, I walked home with Christa, because she begged me to visit my house to do a night over.

'Thank youuuu (Y/N)! I am really excited to see your house and meet your parents.'

'No big deal, but my parents aren't at home, they will have to work till 9 pm. And my house isn't very interesting, so don't have any hope.'

After a few minutes of walking, Christa smirked and said:

'I'm sorry that I tell you that this late, but today there is a party at Erens house. I thought we can go together, because I don't want to go alone and you can meet some new people. I mean you are new here and you could need some connections.'

'Sorry Christa, but I'm not that type of person that likes to party and stuff. I don't think that this is a good idea.'

Christa tried to hypnotize me with her look, but it was too cute to not laugh at.

'Eyy, this will be fun come on! And if you don't like it then we can just go.'

'Fine.' I said, regretting it immediately.
Just this one time and it will be over.

'Yaaay, I knew I can count on you!'

As we reached my house, I opened the door and we walked in. We put our shoes off when I saw Christa inspecting the hallway. There was nothing special about my house. The hallway was small and it is a miracle that we'd managed to have enough storage for shoes and jackets. We went stairs up to a small room, which was mine.

'Whoa, I already thought that you would have a nice room, but this is more than I expected!' Christa was shocked. She went to the wall and looked at all the drawings that were pinned on it. It looked like the drawings were all made up to be one huge collage. There were various types of drawings, like acrylic, watercolor and marker paintings, but most of them are pencil sketches.

'Did you draw them all by yourself? This is amazing!' Christa asked hysterically. I sat down on my bed and was entertained by watching her move from left to right with her look focused on the wall.

'Yeah, but most of them are just some silly doodles. So nothing interesting.'

Christa had an angry expression when she turned around and jumped next to me on my bed.

'Don't say this! I think they're all beautiful in their own way. But the next thing to check is your closet. I mean we can go to the party with an outfit that suits more the occasion.'

She stood up and dramatically opened the two doors of my closet just to see black. They were mostly black clothes in it and Christa wasn't that surprised about it. She put out a long black dress that was tight on top but wide after the waistline with lace over the main fabric.

'This is perfect. I got a white dress and we will look like a perfect contrast of each other.'

I didn't wear this dress for a long time but it was still my favorite. The last time I wore it was when I lost my trust in humanity, but maybe this one needs a new start just like me as well.

As we changed our clothes, Christa could see the scars that were on my arms and legs. I knew she wanted to to talk about it by the look she gave me, but she didn't want to destroy the mood. I put on some black gloves and tights to cover them. For once I felt excited. Maybe I was happy but I wasn't sure. Christa helped me with the cords on the backside of the dress.

'You look so beautiful (Y/N)! I believe the boys and girls gonna fall for you immediately.' Christa smiled while we  packed our stuff and went down the stairs.

'I don't think so if you stay next to me with your amazing outfit and beautiful charisma.' I said. Christa nearly tear up and hugged me close. 

We made our way to Eren's house and stopped by a huge mansion.

'Eh, wait. You not gonna say that this is his house, aren't you?' I asked Christa with fearful eyes.

'Oh did I forget to tell you that his dad is a well-known doctor?' she smirked at me.

Oh God, if this house is that big, then there gonna be a lot of people coming to the party. I rather walk home, but now we are here and I can't let Christa go alone. Dammit!

Getting closer to the entrance, I heard the loud music coming from this direction. Then Christa knocked on the door. After some seconds of waiting, Eren opened it.
