Niel's Pov:
Waking up from my nap, I noticed that Sabo wasn't here and that Ace and Luffy were still asleep.
I stood up, rubbing my eyes while walking out of the tree cave. Once outside, I spotted Sabo scribbling something.
Quietly, without disturbing him I sat down right beside him.
Immersed in what he was doing, he didn't notice me until I spoke up to greet him.
"Good morning."
He flinched, startled by my not so sudden appearance.
Noticing that it was just me, he calmed down and smiled lightly.
"It's afternoon but...Good morning."
Still feeling a bit sleepy, I leaned onto his shoulder while drowsily glancing at his current activity.
Not minding, he patted my head before continuing what he was doing.
Curious, I was about to ask what he was scribbling on the paper when two pairs of footsteps caught my attention.
"Neil-nii! You're here!"
"When did you get here?"
My lips quirked slightly upwards as I answered, saying.
"I got here when it was still raining, I saw you three sleeping in the cave so I joined in."
"I just woke up a few minutes before you two."
"You guys really should have left me a note to tell me where you were going. I had to search for you in the rain."
Sheepishly, Sabo scratched the back of his head before saying.
"Well, we didn't really have a destination in mind so we couldn't really tell you where... By the way Neil, how did you find us?"
"Oh... I just can."
They looked at me in confusion but didn't press into it any further.
I probably shouldn't tell them about haki...
If they found out, they'll for sure want to learn, but I'm not even sure if they can learn it, besides I can't teach them even if I wanted to. I'm still a novice at it. I'd have to take responsibility if they learned it wrong and that's way to troublesome.
Trying to shift their attention away from me, I asked Sabo what he was doing.
