Promise (BakuDeku)

The hospital

*Bakugo's view*

FUCK

I watched as Deku's eyes we're now filled with tears as he gave me a soft smile. I watched as his body fell on the ground as his eyes we're still open. Everyone gasped as Half n Half moved away from Deku.

"Deku!" I pushed Kirishima away as I picked Deku up trying to hold up his head.

"Deku! Hey look at me! Stay with me alright!?" I held his head as his head was still falling back wards. I stood and and started to run towards the room Mr. Aizawa was in.

Knock Knock

Mr. Aizawa opened the door brushing his eyes, it seemed he was sleeping. He opened his eyes and squeezed them trying to picture what was in front of him.

"T-Take us to the hospital! Hurry up!" Mr. Aizawa realized what has happened and came right out and put his shoes on. I ran behind him as I put my shoes on and ran out side. Deku slowly whimpered and started to cry.

"Hey don't cry~ If you cry I'm going to start crying to enough Deku. I'll ease the pain just wait a little more...I'll save you." We hurried in the car as Mr. Aizawa started to drive.

"Kacchan~ It hurts so bad...I can't breath~ it hurts to much Kacchan~ Help me...please...stop the pain...my stomach is going to pop Kacchan...help me..."  My heart was beating on another level as it slowly started to hurt.

"I know...I'll save you baby~ Don't worry to much...wait a little longer and the pain will ease...wait a little more..." He started to cry louder as his cries slowly started to fade and his eyes started to close.

"Deku! No no no. Don't leave me! Deku stay with me~ Stay with me baby~" 

"We're here Bakugo come on get out." Mr. Aizawa stopped the car as I smashed the door open and got out.

Two of us ran towards the door as I already lost Deku. His eyes were closed shut but he was still panting and holding on to his stomach. I opened the door and ran in catching the doctors attention.

"H-Help! You need to help us! Please! You need to help him!" Doctors walked to me and tried to calm me down.

"Sir calm down. Please bring him to emergency room. Follow me sir. But first I ask you to calm down." I took a deep breath and tried to look calm as my heart was still beating on a unstoppable level.

We ran through bunch of hall ways until we reached the room. There were like 5 doctors already in there cleaning things from the last surgeon.

"Sir please lay him on this bed. And exit."

"No no no. I have to be here for him! I'll be holdin-"

"Sir please leave, if you wan't this man to survive then please leave." She slowly picked Deku away from me and lay him on the hospital bed putting a breathing mask on his face and adding some wires on to his hands and arm's.

Mr. Aizawa pulled me from behind me as I tried to hold back and stay in but i was no match for Aizawa.

"Stop...let me stay with him...let me..." Mr. Aizawa slammed the door closed and seated me on the chair. 

"Here drink some water sir." I young nurse came and gave me a bottle of water. I took a small sip praying that the Doctor would come out with good news. I looked to my right as Aizawa sitting beside me looking down itching his nape.

"So how did this mess happen? Did you even break up with Kirishima?" I let out a sigh and looked down.

"Icy hot confessed his feelings towards Deku, Kiri just yelled out saying that we are dating and shit. After he said that Deku just fell apart. I don't think it's a hard attack though. It seemed like something is wrong with his stomach...I...I just don't want him to...I'm just so worried..."

"It's alright Bakugo, you know Midoriya, he will live alright?" I closed my eyes wiping away my tears biting my lower lip.

Please...Live Deku!

*Time skip*

I was deep asleep on the chair as I felt a tap on my shoulder and someone call me out. I opened my eyes.

"Bakugo. Wake up." Mr. Aizawa was in front of me with a worried look on his face. That wasn't usual since most of the time he's just blank so I was pretty surprised.

"Did something happen to De-" I stood up looking around

"Calm down Bakugo, I just feel like you need to know something..." I sat back down rubbing my eyes to make the sleep go away.

"Is he alive? Is he breathing!? We can all get out of the hospital and live happy again right?" Aizawa looked down and but his lip.

"Yes he is alive...he is breathing but...I don't think he will be leaving the hospital anytime soon." I raised my eyes brows trying not to even imagine why.

After a long 5 minute of silence I spoke up.

"What happened? Did he get fever or something? It's curable right?" Aizawa stood up and gave a pat on my shoulder.

"I think you should ask the doctor." He looked behind him as the doctor was leaning on the wall signing some papers.

I let out a long sigh and walked up to him.

"Ughm. Excuse me!" He looked up as he put his hands behind him.

"Good even sir. You can call me Mr. Sasaki." he sad shaking my hand

"Oh, you can call me Mr Bakugo." He noded as he let go of my hand.

"So, are you here for Mr. Midoriya?"

"Uh yes. I would like to know what is wrong with his stomach." 

"Um who you are to him? I would like to know?" He asked as he kept the eye contact.

"I'm his boyfriend." he raised his eye brows as he smiled.

"Um congratulations! But do you have any- proo-"

"Our rings. We are wearing rings." 

"Oh I see. Give me a second let me go check his hand." He headed inside Deku's room behind him. He later came out and noded.

"Alright so you would like to know what's wrong..." 

"Yes, please make this fast" He noded and looked down as his hands ran through his hair.

"Mr. Bakugo, this might be a rough topic...um...since he is your boyfriend...um...this might be hard for you."

"Just say it for God's safe." 

"Alright just please don't freak out or get over stressed." I slammed the wall out of anger already loosing my patience. He let out a long sigh as he finally spoke up...and now I wish I never heard what he said.

"Izuku Midoriya...is sick with stomach cancer."
