Promise (BakuDeku)

Chapter 41

*Bakugo's view*

I entered the room Deku was resting in. He was now sleeping as I could hear soft breathing. I let out a sigh and stood beside his bed watching him take deep breath. I was super worried but at some point I knew he would get better so I was happy.

"Ughm. Mr. Bakugo can you please sign these papers?" Mr. Sasaki came in and landed me some papers as I noded and sat on the chair beside in front of the table. After 6 minutes or so I heard the door slam open as Deku opened his eyes in terror.

"Where is my son!? Where is my baby!? What happened to my Izubaby!?" Auntie Inko ran to Deku and hugged him.

""M-Mom...?" 

"Oh Izu what happened to you...it's all your mothers fault, I am so sorry for leaving omg for give your mother darling. Please forgive me baby." She was shaking as she still held tight grip to Deku.

"M-mom don't say that...it wasn't your fault...please don't blame this on your self..." Auntie started to cry and unstoppably shake.

"I should have taken you to a better doctor and they would probably find the fucking cancer earlier!"

"C-cancer...?" Deku's tears finally rolled down his freckled cheeks. 

"I-I have...cancer?" Auntie looked up at him with a surprised face.  

"Izu...you didn't know?" Deku broke down in Inko's arms as he held her clothes tightly to make her keep closer to him.

"Mom...I don't want to die..." I watched them as I teared up myself. I wiped the tears away not wanting to break down in front of Deku and worry him too. Mr. Sasaki came in and sighed.

"Ms. Inko you're already here. After you're done can I have a talk with you?" Auntie moved away from Deku and walked to Doctor Sasaki.

"Doctor...please save him..." Mr. Sasaki noded and waved to me and Deku.

"Don't worry Mis, I will make sure that he will come out of this hospital alive." Auntie smiled waved at us and they both left shutting the door behind us.

"Kacchan...I'll die..." 

"Deku didn't you hear him? I think he made himself pretty clear. You will get out of this hospital alive." 

"Really?" I noded with a smile as he wiped away his tears.

"Kacchan you will be with me when we I get our right? You will greet me? Right?" I smiled and noded as he stretched his arms calling me for a hug. I hugged him as he gave me a kiss on the cheek.

"I love you Kacchan!" 

"I love you too nerd."

*Time skip*

After 4 days guys came over and we had a little party with friends in Deku's resting room. I told Deku to talk things out with half n half and so he did. He said he didn't have it back and that they can just stay friends. Half n Half teared up but understood, honestly it was like one of my first time seeing the bastard showing emotions but I couldn't care less he could drop dead. Me and Deku came out and everyone was pretty shocked and surprised. Surprisingly nothing was awkward between me and Kirishima and we we're great bro's again. Kaminari came and slapped me because I cheated on Kiri but I felt like I deserved that so I didn't say or do anything about it. Either way everything was beautiful and amazing until...

"Hey Deku you alright?" Deku sat down holding his mouth.

"I'm alright, I jus-" Deku fell on the ground as blood ran out of his mouth making a puddle on the ground. He fell in the puddle chocking on his own blood.
