I looked out the window. The sky was tar-black and the large clouds were moving towards me. I heard a tapping on the window and then it became a pitter-patter. People ran for cover outside and umbrellas were opened as the clouds spat out their beads of water. Puddles began plinking as the rainfall became heavier. The roofs of the cars danced with spray and I could hear the murmuring of the rain through the window. It sounded like the buzzing of angry bees.

I put on my black boots and made my way outside. Rain helped me. It relived my stress, it calmed me down. After a long day of torture and struggles, rain was the only cure to my anger and stress.

I pulled the black hood over my saturated form as I saunter in the soft rain, small pellets of water spitting on my hands as the remainder of the drops quench the scattered puddles decorating the asphalt. Through one of the pools of rainwater, the familiar flash of police sirens are brought to my attention. I manage to lift my head up just a bit.

Rain falls in crazy chaotic drops, the gusting wind carrying them in wild vortices one moment and in diagonal sheets the next. It runs down my face as a thin layer, not as cold as it will be when November comes, but without the warmth of summer showers.

Rain washes my face of the sweat and dirt, droplets clinging to my lashes. This summer storm will help to wash my scent from the path and hide my prints. I pray that the rain stays heavy, it is for only my own satisfactory.

Ever since I hid away from him, I'v been angry and want him at any cost. I went out with many people but still, I still cry. People call me "desperate" when I reach them but they don't understand how much I miss him. I miss his soft cute voice, our memories and good times. I haven't had a feeling to eat food, of doing other activities with interest. I want him by my side, I just feel stuck. The feeling of being lonely even thought I have so many people around. My sleeping schedule has been messed up ever since.

I need him...

Then why don't you just go for it?

No...I can't, it's dangerous.

I don't want him in danger...

I walked between 4 tall hotel buildings. The last light was falling away, leaving me alone at the mercy of the silver veiled moon that sneered at me from above, casting shadows of ghosts in the corners of my eyes. I walked on, wrapping my arms tightly around myself, trying to still the tremors that had less to do with the cold, and more to do with my overactive imagination. I saw a shadow in a path of rustled leaves and spun to catch it before it slipped from my vision.

I started to speed walk as fast as I could as I barely rounded the corner before I slammed into the stranger. The strangers bags fell on the asphalt spilling everything inside. Red apples and couples other fruits rolled out of the bag.

"Fuck. My bad." I murdered as I kneeled down picking up the apples and placing them in the bag.

"I didn't see you walking towards me, you know the heavy rain. Sorry." The voice made chills run down my spine. The stranger really sounded like...

"Whatever, it's alright." I had no energy to argue, nor I had energy to talk. The stranger kneeled down in front of me as he helped me put the items in the bag.

When everything was back in the bag, we both stood up as he softly bowed. He was tiny and short, looked pretty skinny, since he had no jacket on. Judging by his looks he looked like he was in his mid 20s.

As I was just about to walk by he greeted me with a soft smile. My eyes widen as I didn't want to believe my eyes. There was no way. The smile...the freckles...emerald green hair...and...those eyes...those forest green eyes.

"D-Deku?" I haven't called that name in a long time, some heavy weight got off my chest all of a sudden.

The green haired smiled stripped off his face as shock and total terror filled his face. He took couple steps back as he observed my body and face. He then shook his head as he tightly shut his eyes and muttered something to himself. He then opened his eyes again as his lips trembled.

"K-Kacchan?"
