A week had passed since Jason Blossom's body was found and Sheriff Keller was no closer to finding the real suspect then he was when he started. While that lingered in the air, Riverdale's Twilight Drive-in theater was also being closed which sucked since that place held a lot of memories for a lot of people, most of them Jughead. And on top of that was Betty grappling with the possibility that Archie was caught up in a forbidden romance with Ms. Grundy.

Will meet up with Jughead, Betty, Kevin and Veronica at Pop's for milkshakes and food and for Jughead to go on his rant about the Drive-in closing. He sat next to Betty while Will sat in a booth with Kevin and Veronica.

"The drive-in closing is just one more nail in the coffin that is Riverdale

"The drive-in closing is just one more nail in the coffin that is Riverdale. No, forget Riverdale, in the coffin of the American dream. As the godfather of indie cinema, Quentin Tarantino likes to say—" "Please, god, no more Quentin Tarantino references." Kevin begged Jughead to stop.

"What? I'm pissed." Jughead told him. "And not just about losing my job. The Twilight Drive-In should mean something to us. People should be trying to save it."

"In this age of Netflix and VOD, do people really want to watch a movie in a car?" Veronica asked. "I mean, who even goes there?"

"People who want to buy crack." Kevin told her.

"And cinephiles and car enthusiast. Right Bets?" Jughead asked but she seemed to be on another planet.

"Totally."

"Anyway, it's closing because the town owns it but didn't invest in it. So, when an anonymous buyer made Mayor McCoy an offer, she couldn't refuse."

"Anonymous buyer? What do they have to hide? No one cares." Veronica said.

"I do." Jughead told her.

"That's probably why they're anonymous. To avoid Jughead's wrath." Will whispered to her, earning a chuckle. "And I agree with Jughead. That places holds a lot of memories. It's sad to see it go. It's like saying goodbye to a piece of our childhood when things were simpler."

"Thank you, Will. I'm glad at least one person is with me on this which is why you guys should come to closing night. I'm thinking American Graffiti or is that too obvious?" Jughead asked.

"I vote for anything starring Audrey Hepburn. Or Cate Blanchett." Veronica suggested.

"Or the Talented Mr. Ripley." Kevin added.

"I vote for anything old school horror. Personal suggestion, Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho. What better movie for the end of the Drive-in then a movie with a killer? Failing that, we could always do something more modern and scare the pants off of everyone. That'd be funny." Will sipped his milkshake with a smile.

"I'd rather not watch a movie that risks me peeing my pants." Kevin told him. "Betty, your choices?"

Betty looked up and them and they noticed she seemed to have a lot on her mind. "Everything ok, B?" Veronica asked.
