Sunlight gently came through the window in golden shafts. I felt Rafes arm draped across my waist and his warm chest against my back. I slowly pull open my eyes and turn around to face him. I look up at Rafe and a slow smile spreads across his face. "Good morning," he says his voice kind of raspy from sleep. I press my face into his chest and smile, "Morning." Rafes arms wraps tightly around me ,pulling me closer. "Did you sleep well, y/n" he murmurs. I cuddle closer , "Of course, feeling a little hung over tho" He chuckles and starts to rub my back. I close my eyes and wrap my arms around his neck. Rafes hands traced delicate circles around my lower back, keeping me warm. He looked up at me and sighed "Did you really mean what you said before we fell asleep last night?," he asks " Rafe if I didn't mean it do you seriously think I'd let you sleep in my bed and cuddle with me ?" He then removed his hands from my back and cupped my face. Rafe looked deeply into my eyes and slowly pressed his lips to mine. It lasts a few seconds before he sits up and stretches. He's without a shirt, so I saw the muscles in his toned back flex. "I have to go to the country club for a shift in about an hour, so you'll be here by yourself for a while " i said while hopping out of bed, "Just call in sick " Rafe looked back at me intensely " you know I can't do that , I need to help my mum out " I informed him while getting my work uniform out of my drawers and then hopping into the shower.

I just clocked off my shift at the country club and started making my way to my car when I saw him , he was standing in the lobby eyeing me down. I lost all control I had of my body , I couldn't even think clearly. I was trying to tell myself to breathe in and out but I kept loosing track of my breathing. Everything started to sound weird and tears started flowing down my face. I started to walk as fast as I could to my car when I felt a arm on my shoulder. "What are you running from y/n" Jayden's arrogant voice practically echoed. " I - uh I have to go jayden" I tried to release my self from his grip but he wouldn't let go. " why would you do that when we can have some fun again ?" He laughed. "I'm sorry jayden but I really have to go " I sighed " Another time tho ?" I told him as he let go of his grip on my arm.

Another time y/n ? Really why would I even say that , he's my fucking rapist. As soon as I got into my car I locked the doors making sure jayden wouldn't have a way in while I started it. I practically sped home and ran into my room. " Rafe ? " I yelled searching for him ,but no reply . "Dad !" No reply again. I grabbed my note from my bed side table drawer and placed it on my bed then shut my bedroom door.

I fell to the floor of my comfort spot in my bathroom, tears rolling down my cheeks. I turned my shower on so if someone came home they wouldn't think anything of me being in my bathroom. I shut the door to the bathroom but didn't lock it so I didn't make it any harder on everyone. I scrambled in my cupboard below my vanity for the pills , one by one I swallowed them with a gulp from my water bottle . "fuck" I whisper shouted as I throw my bottle to the ground reaching for my blade , decorating my wrists and thighs. I felt like the pills Weren't working quick enough and Remembered Rafe could come back any second , so I quickly ran to my room and got my spare bottle of pills and popped them one by one just like the last. 

My throat began to tighten my heart felt like I was gonna explode out of my chest. I heard someone enter my room then the springs on my bed retract , after a moment of silence I heard someone knocking on the door to my bathroom " y/n !!! , let me in right now " Rafes yelled echoing through the house " it's unlocked Rafe " my voice practically screeching as my throat tightens leaving me gasping for air. He came barging through the door , looking down at me . " I'm calling the hospital "
