PhrozenFire: A Band Story

Chapter 1

-Finny's POV-

"I’m so nervous! What if I mess up? What if I fall off the stage?" Shouted Rockel

"The stage is big enough where you are no where close to the edge, fool". I stated

“Besides, we're only singing one song, and its not a crazy one either, so if you fall off the stage, you're obviously a dumbfuck, dumbfuck.” Mira said, quite annoyed at Rockel's whining.

We were sitting in our hotel room, conversing about the show we were going to perform. I was quite calm through all the excitement of preforming our first show. I mean, we were only going to a tiny night club, which I wouldn’t even call a night club seeing as everyone was always calm there. Its more like a coffee shop. But Rockel was just flipping out, I mean, I know she was going to be the centre of attention and all, but we've practised this song a million times, we didn’t even write it. None of us are good writers, so we just cover songs. We were going to play “Thats what you get” By Paramore. We've been playing since we were kids, so we know it like the back of our hands.

“I think it will be fun. Rockel, you know the song by heart, you'll be fine!” Encouraged Tessa

“I guess. At least there wont be many people there to see if I mess up.” Said Rockel

Tessa is pretty much the weirdo in this band. In a good way, though. She always says weird things, but its normal for us. She's the only bassist we would want.

I'm the drummer. You'd think I would be all hyper active and shit, but I'm really calm and quiet. I'm always there for my friends though. Mira is our lead guitarist. And of course, Rockel is our singer.

“Mira, where are you going?” I yelled to Mira who was walking into her bedroom of the hotel.

Mira then walks out with an eye patch on her eye.”I'm just gettin my lucky eye patch.”

“You cant wear that on stage, Mira. You'd look like a fool” I said

“WAT” yelled Mira

I rolled my eyes.

“Holy shit guys, look at the time! We need to get going, we're gonna be late!” Tessa screamed

We all got up immediately and walked out the door.

We walked down the hallway to the elevator. I guess you could say this hotel is pretty nice, the rooms are big and fancy. Even the lobby is giant, and there is a swimming pool on the roof.

We all walked out the hotel doors into the parking lot. Our van is black, and it has a spray painted “PhrozenFire” logo on it. I love this van, we've had a lot of great times in it.

Mira got in the drivers seat, I slid open the back door only to reveal a stuffed cookie monster in my seat.

“What the hell is this doing in here?” I asked, trying to conceal a laugh

“Uhhhmmmm.. I don’t know! I didn’t steal a kids cookie monster toy! I swear! I WILL KILL YOU!” Stuttered Tessa.

“Jesus chirst..” I mumbled while pushing the toy into the back and getting in.

“Look at all those people!” Yelled Rockel as we walked into the night club

“We've got a full house tonight I guess.” The manager of the night club said as he walked up beside Rockel.

“You guys ready for it?”

“Of course we are, we wont let you down!” Said Mira.

He walked us back stage. There was a lot of people back stage seeing as it was only a tiny night club.

“You guys are on in 10 min. We've already set up the drums and mic, and your bass and guitar are right here” He said, pointing to Tessa's bass and Mira's guitar. They picked their instruments, walking over to Rockel and me.

“You ready for this?” asked Mira

“Welp, I am” I said winking.

I looked out into the audience through the open curtains back stage. I saw a familiar face.

“Isn’t that Christopher from Dead Soul?” I said staring at him.

My band mates turned to face where I was looking.

“OMIGOD it is!” Squealed Rockel

“What are they doing here? They should be doing some band concert or something” Mira said

“They're famous! We should go meet them after the show, we could get some great connections if we got to know them. Lets wow them with out performance!” Yelled Tessa

“NOW INTRODUCING OUR GUEST PERFORMANCE, PHROZENFIRE!” Said the speaker

We all nodded and walked out onto the stage. I sat down at my drum set, picking up my white drum sticks.

“Hello everyone, we're PhrozenFire. I hope you enjoy the show!” Said Mira, winking.

And so the song started. This was the perfect song to impress Dead Soul. When the band started playing, I could see the impressed faces of the Dead Soul members.

A/N: I've never written before, so this is probably shit. Ill try to improve my writing. ;]
