As the Kakushi was trying to evacuate as many people as they could that were still in Magnolia, the royal army was trying to stop them.

"By the decree of Fiore's king, you have no right to evacuate the citizens!" A guard said, trying to stop the black-clothed people.

"You fool, did you not hear the Demon King shout that he would kill the Demon Slayers?! If he will kill them, then he'll even more likely kill you guys along to make him even stronger!"

As soon as the Kakushi were able to send out the last person out, crashes were heard.

"There's still one hour and a half left! An hour and a half until sunrise!" A crow announced, with most slayers injured.

Piles of what had used to be the wooden structure of the Infinity Castle had been thrown into the air by Muzan's blood vessels that had grown on his back.

"Do you intend to keep me here until sunrise? Try it if you can!" He shouted, slashing the whips all around him, with all the Hashiras avoiding it.

"Breath of Snake, 3rd form: Coil Choke."

"Breath of Love, 2nd form: Love Pangs."

"Breath of Water, 8th form: Waterfall Basin."

The 3 Hashiras said, all aiming their katanas at his neck, which sliced through, but only to be healed the second it was disconnected by the head.

As the 3 Hashiras were about to be sliced into pieces, only to be saved by the lower rank slayers.

"Go! Keep advancing, become human shields for the Hashiras, remain alert to give Muzan some brawl at the very least! The Hashiras have saved our lives countless times, if it wasn't for them we wouldn't be alive! DON'T BE AFRAID OF FIGHTING!"

"No, stop all of you!" 

"Thunder Breathing, 1st form: Thunder Clap and Flash." 2 yellow thunder appeared, one with H/C highlights in it.

"Sound Breathing, 5th form: String Performance," Y/N continued to say, struggling with the chains on her arms, as she kept maintaining her distance with Muzan, but attacking him in any way she can think of.

"Breath of Flame, 5th form-"

The girl couldn't finish her sentence as she fell down to her knees, coughing out blood.

"Those who die quickly are fortunate, even if they don't die right away, those who attack me are done for. Look that way." 

The 3 Hashiras glanced in the direction the Demon had pointed, all eyes widen by seeing Tanjiro there, eyes widen with his mouth open, a large wound swollen on his left eye, and blood dribbling down his face.

Not far from the boy, was Y/N, her one eye and chest dribbling with blood also from the impact of the wood stabbing her eyes. Her eyes were barely open, struggling to stay conscious.

"They've soaked in my own blood during the attack, the amount of my blood is too much. It won't turn them into demons, but like fatal poison, it'll destroy their cells, and they'll die. Simply to put it, Kamado Tanjiro is already dead, and Connell Y/N is at the Doors of Death."

Laughing like a maniac, he added "I should thank whoever placed those chains on Connell, she's unlikely to recover so quickly and assist the others without her magic now!"

As the Hashiras continued to attempt to kill Muzan, getting more wounds around them.

Mitsuri was about to die if it wasn't for Himejima to appear to save her from his attack.

"Sorry for being late." He apologized, swinging his ax and chain weapon, with Mitsuri crying behind him. Giyuu and Obanai looked relieved that another one of their comrades wasn't going to die so soon.

'It's the demon hunter that had tooked out Kokushibo..." Muzan thought as he was interrupted by a katana stabbed into his brain, as the wizards whooped, thinking that the war was finally over.

Shinazugawa was the one who did it, as he held a container in front of him, looking so emotionless. Muzan sliced the container in front of him, spilling out the contents of the gasoline.

With Muzans just realizing what he had done, Shinazugawa already had lightened a match and dropped it into the gasoline, leaving Muzan burning.

"An underhanded ploy!"

"This kind of thing suits you, I'll kill you, you piece of shit!"

Murata, hidden behind a pile of broken wood, was hesitating, unsure of what he should be doing.

Giyuu, seeing him, called him out.

"Murata! Tanjiro can't move, please go treat his wound in a safe place, and move Connell-san away from here!"

Surprised that Giyuu remembered his name, he quickly ran over to Tanjiro and Y/N, muttering courageous things to them.

"Tanjiro, it's alright, don't worry, I'll take you over there and treat your wounds along with the Thunder Hashira..."

Y/N, shaking her head, as she felt the celestial spirit below her, and pushed him, pointing him towards where all the wizards were.

Instantly when Murata had left with Tanjiro on his shoulders, Virgo dug out of the ground and snapped her chains apart.

Rubbing her wrist, Y/N, still exhausted, a magic circle had come beneath her comrades.

"What the-"

"Sky Dragon Magic: Armor, Sky Dragon Magic, Arms, Sky Dragon Magic: Vernier!"

"ALL RIGHT, NOW I'M PREPARED TO SHOVE THIS BITCH TO HELL!"

Pulling her katana out, she started doing the breathing form she left off at.

"Breath of Flame, 5th form: Flame Tiger."

Muzan, who squirts his eyes, had his target now from Tanjiro to Y/N.

"You might've got out of those chains, but you can't stop me, however!"

As Muzan had started to speed up his power, the Hashiras were struggling to get close to him.

Mitsuri was getting hit the most, with not being able to see the attacks fast enough, to where she got hit in all parts of her body.

Y/N, busy to be able to pay attention to her, wasn't able to help her at all, with Muzan targeting her a lot now.

"Connell-san, please use your other breathings!"

Nodding, she starts changing her breathing, wielding her katana in a different way now.

"Breath of Sun: Fake Rainbow,"

All the Hashiras were now basically bleeding till the end, same as Y/N, since she wasn't able to heal herself like a God Slayer unless she does her Sky Dragon Magic, which she isn't capable of doing during the moment.

If God had answered their prayers, a stray cat with a tiny backpack on it make its entrance, throwing out shots at all the Hashira.

Right away, the cat's head was shredded off.

The Hashiras wounds had started to fade away as if they had never been there.

"I have no idea what the fuck just happened, but a stray cat just saved my ass!"

Y/N, nodding in agreement, continued to fight the enemy in front of them, as her eye was healed and chest had stopped bleeding.

"Just die, you obsession freaks!" Muzan shouted, annoyed with the dead demon that was still intervening with him.

Refusing to give up, they kept fighting.

As Y/N grabbed a bunch of marked papers on the ground near her, she used her wind magic to stamp them onto Hashira's forehead, giving them more views of the battle.

Out of nowhere, Himejima announced something everyone was stunned of:

"Look closely at his body, he has 7 hearts and 5 brains!"

The Demon King took this chance to swing his blood vessels, throwing everyone but the Butterfly sisters.

Kanao, kneeling with blood rushing down her mouth and forehead, with Y/N standing in front of her, doing her best to protect her even though she was near collapse.

The white-haired man approached them and glared at them.

"What a shame, you make a good demon, Connell."

He raised his arm to stab Y/N with his nail, pleading in the background, as she stood on the ground.

"Breath of Sun: Beneficent Radiance!"

"Breath of Sun: Raging Sun."

Tanjiro took Kanao to the closest Kakashi, with Y/N behind him, watching her non-biological sister being taken away to be treated.

"You look positively awful, Kamado Tanjiro. This way, it's hard to tell which one of us is the demon. You make my skin crawl." He said, monotonously as he sees Yoriichi in Tanjiro.

"Let's finish this, Muzan."

"I haven't thanked you yet for killing my friends, Muzan." The e/c eyes girl said, finally spoken something besides her breathing forms.

Closing his eyes, he chuckled.

"We'll see after you turn into a demon, Connell."
