Y/N POV 

i am a very famous child actor....i work hard in everything i do. it's hard being a child actor. i miss a lot of school and don't have many friends. I also can't see a lot of people. When i say 'people' i mean the boy across the street. He is the only person i'm not allowed to be around. I barely know him just his name..Jacob Tremblay. He is also a famous cild actor. he's great and very cute. of course i'm not allowed to say that. Growing up i was never even allowed to say his families name in the house. now i am allowed too but nothing else about him...i wish that i could though because he is one of the best child actors and i would love for him to be my friend. i don't have much of them. we can't even watch each other's movie's and show's.  Our parent's have been doing this for years because they don't want us to get 'distracted' and mess up our career. i remember when we were younger and trying to be friends but our parent's spilt us up. 

*FLASH BACK TO WHEN THEY WERE 5* 

I was going to child Movie award show tonight! i am only 5 and i was in a great movie! i was in 'Maleifcent' i played a small pixie that helped along the way. people said that i have a big future ahead of me. it make's me happy that people think that. i'm so excited for tonight because i get to take pictures and i get to be interviewed. i am a little nervous though. i have never been interviewed before. mom and dad said i have nothing to worry about. we made it to the award show. people were already taking my pictures. we went inside to a big fancy building. i was on a long red carpet and flashing cameras in my face. people were asking me to sign thing's. a little boy around my age was also on the carpet with me. he came over and said hello. i waved to him. i ask him what his name was and he told me that his name is Jacob. i told him my name and he seemed really nice. but then my mom pulled me over and so did his mom. my mom brought me to the bathroom. "why did you pull me away?" i asked and she sat me up on the counter. "well honey he's a child actor too and we don't want him to get in the way, you want to continue acting don't you?" she said "yeah i do-" "well then we can't hang out with the Tremblay's" She said and took me off the counter. she took back to the red carpet. then we went in for the awards. it would be great for my movie to win. as i sat down i just kept thinking about what mom said. what does she him getting in the way?  

*5 YEAR OLD JACOB'S POV*

mom pulled me away from Y/n and told me that we can't hang out with the L/n. she said because it will get in the way of my career and Y/n is a great child actor and she might take the spot light away from me. i don't believe her. how could she get in the way? how could she take my spot light? i didn't even know i had a spot light! i was sitting with my sister's and parent's at the award's. i was in smurf's  2 and i would love for my movie to win. i looked over my shoulder and saw Y/n a few tables away from me. i slightly waved to her and she waved back. "your not supposed to be waving to her!" my older sister Emma whispered to me. she was 7. i have a younger sister named Erica and she is 2. "shut up Emma!" i whispered back. "mom said your not supposed to be doing that" she repeated. "shut up! don't tell mom and dad" i said and she rolled her eyes at me. 

*5 YEAR OLD Y/N POV*

after the award we went back to the car with my brother's. my movie didn't win but frozen did! i think the movie deserved it. on the way home mom and dad told me that i should audition for more movies and shows. i leaned my head on the window and watched the cars go by. wondering how that boy is doing and if he is okay. i hope i get to see him again. we made it home and i saw a black car pull up across the street. out came Jacob and his family. he waved to me and i waved back. he lived right across the street! my mom pulled me inside. i went to my room and got dressed into my pj's. i looked out the window and saw Jacob looking out his window. i smiled and waved and he did the same. 

*END OF FLASHBACK*

*Y/N'S POV*

that was year's ago. i only wave to him when he is in his room and his curtains aren't closed. he has gotten really cute over the years. we go to the same school but our older sibling have to look over us. it's really annoying.i feel like there alway's eye's on me.  i can't do anything about it  though. it's like if we make eye contact we will lose interest in acting. which will not happen because i love acting. everyone will always make us seem like were a competition for acting. i think he is a great actor and i like to watch his movie late at night. i hope one day i will get to see him and hang out with him without my parent's pulling me away or my siblings watching over me all the time.
