Dear Dad,
I’ve just received the news. I thought you’d get better by now. Before I left, the doctor gave you a month until you’d get better, but it seems that you’re going to have to stay in Australia for another month or two.
There’s still mistletoes hanging everywhere at school though. My friends and I spent all day avoiding them, but the bullies spent their day following us, maybe just to see if any of us were caught under one. Today was better than yesterday though. Yesterday, Richard and Daxus barely talked at all, but they talked a bit more today. I’m hoping they‘d talk more the next day.
Your son,
Rico
