I had insisted that Xena would take my bed and I sleep on the couch in my room. I was so god damn uncomfortable throughout the night I kept moving and changing my sleeping position. In the middle of the night I felt footsteps and a tap on my shoulder. I slowly turn around and met my eyes with Xena.

"We can share the bed, I'm sorry if you're uncomfortable." She offered.

"It's okay, I'm fine here." I groggily said.

"Is that why you keep moving every five minutes?" She laughed.

She grabbed my arm and tugged it motioning me to come to the bed. I mean I didn't mind getting to be close to her throughout the remainder of the night. I gave in and got up and took my blanket and pillow to the bed. Xena slipped under the blankets on the right side of the bed and I went to the left side to get comfortable. I noticed that she had placed a pillow on my side before and she used it as something to hold. I grabbed it and threw it out of the way.

"Why have that when you can have the real thing?" I chuckled still very tired and Xena looked up at me with sleepy eyes.

"Well I wasn't expecting that." She said quietly and got comfortable.

I got a little closer to her and put my arm around her. She shifted a little bit probably nervous.

"Goodnight, sweet dreams." I told her as I yawned and closed my eyes.

"Goodnight jc sleep well." She said.

It felt amazing to be close to her. My mind began to quiet and my body to relax and I finally drifted off to sleep.

Xena

It was about 10:28 in the morning. I heard noise coming from outside jc's bedroom and I checked the alarm clock. My legs intertwined with Jc's still and his arm wrapped around my frame. I could tell he was still deep asleep and I figured because he was struggling to sleep throughout the night before i told him to come to the bed. I heard the door crack open and whispering, I look over to see Oscar and Brian peering over and as soon as they saw me looking they quickly shut the door and I laughed. I stretched still in bed.

"Jc," I whispered. "Psstt," I said tapping on his shoulder.

I took my finger and then stuck it up his nose and he flinched back making me laugh so hard.

"No, don't do that." He pouted grabbing my hand and pulling me closer to him.

I was shocked. Because we're just friends.

"Jc I have to get ready I actually have to head over to the studio in a few hours and who knows how long that will take with traffic." I told him.

He opened his eyes. I ran my hand through his hair momentarily and fake hit him, making him laugh. I then grabbed my clothes to head over to the bathroom to get myself fresh for the day.

I stepped outside of his room and was met with the rest of the c4 boys.

"Ooh you and Jc were cuddling!" Oscar said.

I shook my head and laughed.

"The couch was uncomfortable so we just shared the bed," I explained.

"Sure it was uncomfortable," Crawford spoke smirking and looking over to the boys.

"You guys like each other just admit it! I'll be the first one to call it they're going to date this year!" Wyl said.

I rolled my eyes and walked away as the boys continued their bickering in the kitchen. How strange I thought to myself. Jc and I were practically doing all of the things a couple would do just with the title for each other like boyfriend and girlfriend. Maybe we should stop. Jc just got out of a relationship too, I could very well be nothing more than just a rebound.

After Xena had left to do business and I stayed and did a stream with the boys and then I went to go get some Starbucks and chipotle with Wyl and Oscar.

We ate at chipotle and we were just talking and scrolling on our social medias. 

"So Xena, do you like her Jc?" Oscar asked taking a bite from his burrito.

I took a sip from my drink.

"Why?" I asked chuckling nervously. And of course I did like her. I just was scared to admit it and make myself look stupid again if she broke my heart like my ex did.

"We can obviously tell, you guys shared the bed last night," Wyl said smirking.

"Ooh," Oscar added. "There's no shame in admitting it, at least your moving on!" Oscar said again.

"Well I don't know, I think we're just really good friends right now. We'll see if it ever turns out to be something more than that but I do think
she's really cute." I said continuing to eat. 

"Oh whatever you're just being modest Jc," Wyl said laughing.

I just didn't want to make the same mistakes again and let each other in if we're both not ready. But I hope that she stays and feels the same way that i do. I looked at the heart she drew on my finger thinking about the way she looked so focused while drawing it on my hand, she tried so hard but it still managed to come out a little rough. It didn't matter much to me though, I liked it still anyways just because she drew it for me.
